Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is kept within site-207, contained within a large containment chamber with 7 meter high ceiling and a window reinforced window, 6 meter high on the eastern wall for researchers to take notes on its behaviour and to monitor any unusual activity. SCP-XXXX is carnivorous and is to be fed a live large black pig that weighs at least 330kg, on a weekly basis. If the pig isn't supplied to the entity it could risk a containment breach. After eating, 3 janitorial staff are to be assigned to clean up any mess and are not to interact with SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX doesn't show the ability excrete despite its requirements for nutrients. No fewer than 6 armed security team are to be within SCP-XXXX premises at all time, monitoring SCP-XXXX 24/7. The guards are to have shifts of 2 hours and must take a dose of painkillers before entering the area. A psychological evaluation is to be performed once twice per month onto SCP-XXXX to make sure the entity doesn’t show any chaotic signs of escape or unnecessary violence. SCP-XXXX would make persuasive requests to turn off the lights. All requests are to be denied, any researcher that attempts to comply are to be immediately apprehended and if persistent are to be suspended. If any lights within the site start to show signs of failure, such as flickering, they are to be reported to the site manager. All offices and chambers near SCP-XXXX containment are to be padded on all edges, and no sharp objects are allowed. Any personnel entering near the containment cell are to be asked if they experienced any body pain, headache, muscle ache, etcs and if so, are not to be allowed within the premises near the chamber. Due to the normality of individuals experiencing nociceptive pain, personnel are only allowed 20 minutes at a time within SCP-XXXX containment chamber to decrease the risk of a containment breach. SCP-XXXX must be sedated when being transported to different locations.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a hairless humanoid entity of unknown origin, standing at approximately 4.8 meters in height. SCP-XXXX skin appears to resemble that of a black skin tight suit and the face is a pale oval shaped mask meant to resemble an upside-down smiley face made with 3 crescents. SCP-XXXX posture is normally at a 45° hunch but has been seen to stand upright at times. SCP-XXXX arms measuring at 3.7 meters long on each arm, and neck shown to be 0.4 meters and able to twist 190°. The garments grow from SCP-XXXX body and are a part of its physical structure. SCP-XXXX general appearance reveals to be malnourished as bones are quite prominent in its body structure. However, in contrast SCP-XXXX is highly flexible and is capable of twisting it’s entire body as well as bending all muscle joints roughly 350°. The entity has been seen to be able to scale walls and ceilings. Average speed has been recorded at 36 km/h. SCP-XXXX doesn't respond to any form pain despite having the ability to physically feel. The entities skin and skeletal structure are strongly resistant to any forms of amputation, as attempts to amputate SCP-XXXX prove to be unsuccessful. Any camera or video feed will begin to distort majorly when SCP-XXXX is exposed to said media for an extended duration, and will eventually cause the entire gadget to short-circuit.
SCP-XXXX behaviour is normally docile, polite, and quite curious at times but has an unpredictable emotional pattern that can result in multiple casualties if not made aware. It is compliant sometimes compliant with foundation staff and would show no intent of harming an individual. IQ test scores from SCP-XXXX are between 140-150. Psychological analysis shows that SCP-XXXX can be highly persuasive manipulative and threatening at times toward staff members to turn off the lights within its containment chamber or life-threatening consequences will have occured. SCP-XXXX speaks in a variety of languages but English is its preference. SCP-XXXX attitude seems to reminisce that of a higher being as it consistently refers to all human life forms as ‘my child’ with an echo pitch to it’s voice that isn’t affected by its surroundings. It uses this voice as another persuasion factor towards individuals within its vicinity. SCP-XXXX seems to be aware when any humans are watching it, as it'll express questions as to why they are doing so, even though the individual isn't aware that SCP-XXXX is aware of their presence. SCP-XXXX has expressed interest into escaping the foundation however, is never seeming to act out upon its goal. Reasons are currently unknown.
SCP-XXXX anomalous effect is to detect any form of distress through nociceptive or neuropathic pain in individuals within a 25 meter radius of SCP-XXXX current location. Any human that experiences any form of pain including those inflicted by others, the victim will become an SCP-XXXX target (from now on referred to SCP-XXXX-1). SCP-XXXX when triggered will behave drastically different from its untriggered state. SCP-XXXX would become more sadistic with murderous intent, would threaten most personnel within its view, while giggling. SCP-XXXX actions that follow include, stopping any activity and will turn towards and stare at the direction of SCP-XXXX-1 for approximately a minute. SCP-XXXX would create an electromagnetic field causing lights around it to flicker and electrical devices such as video feed to be disrupted instantaneously. This feature is prominent throughout the hunting phase. If SCP-XXXX target isn’t within the entity's general location, throughout one of the flickers of the lights the entity will immediately disappear from sight and appear to the closest unsurveyed area to SCP-XXXX-1 such as certain blind spots or dark areas. It is currently unknown how SCP-XXXX teleport in the time of a flickering light, however, theories suggest when SCP-XXXX is completely submerged in darkness it will be able to teleport to an unseen location, distance isn’t yet known. SCP-XXXX seems to consistently know the location of SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX will then proceed to hunt down and [DATA EXPUNGED] SCP-XXXX-1 in tortuous ways with the mortality rate being 100%. Any other individuals in SCP-XXXX path towards SCP-XXXX-1 would be ignored or avoided unless they experienced pain within SCP-XXXX vicinity or they are physically stopping SCP-XXXX from its target. If SCP-XXXX is in an area where it can't use the dark as a mean of transportation, it would instead use brute strength to get toward SCP-XXXX-1. There isn't a material that is known that could stop the entity, however, this event is quite rare. SCP-XXXX will tend to ‘play with its food’ when hunting down its prey, consistently taunting them while whispering phrases such as ‘weakling’ or ‘weak will die’, witnesses says it seems agitated and calm at the same time. SCP-XXXX-1 actions during the hunting phase can affect the brutality of their death. If SCP-XXXX-1 starts to display cowardly behaviour such as, hiding, trying to get others killed as a means of escape, etc will result in a very torturous death that will have SCP-XXXX-1 in a state of consistent and major distress for up to ██ hours. After a 'cowardly' kill, SCP-XXXX has been known to show other individuals within its premise it's kill and threaten staff. If SCP-XXXX-1 starts to display courageous behaviour such as, fighting back, saving others, or sacrificing oneself, will result in a very calm and swift death from SCP-XXXX that will most likely snap the targets neck making the death painless. After SCP-XXXX-1 has been terminated, it would take approximately (5) five minutes for SCP-XXXX to mentally recover. When questions asked to SCP-XXXX related to these killings, SCP-XXXX would normally respond with the same message being “they were too weak” or avoid the question.
Addendum XXXX-01: Discovery
The institution where SCP-XXXX was first discovered by the foundation.
SCP-XXXX was discovered within █████, Los Angeles after reports of a 'tall figure that disappeared into the night' was spotted by several eyewitnesses in around an abandoned mental institution. Following the dispatch of MTF Omega-29 ("Creepers"), the task force reported to hear screams in the institution, deep inside. The screams were followed by begs and apologies but no mercy was shown as the screams got louder. When SCP-XXXX was confronted, it caused the fatalities of 3 personnel. The MTF units guards was up due to the attack but when SCP-XXXX calmed down it approached the unit calmly and went into foundation custody on 16/09/20██. Source of the screams was a civilian, whose corpse was found with eyes ████, mouth █████, all teeth were █████, fingers and toes were violently ██████, and lying in a pool of his own excrement and blood.
Sweep of the institution revealed:
- 17, corpses of initially missing civilians, and some seemed to have been feasted upon.
- 137, seven deadly sins terminology graffitied in blood and feces across the institution.
- An empty notebook, except for the last page that showed the text "We deserved this."
- 25, different types of dolls.
- Organic matter such as teeth, hair, and eyes that were be able to identify 14 other victims, however, there is thought to be many more victims.
Addendum XXXX-02: Recall Protocol 72-49-C - 'Weakling'
These following re-containment procedures will occur if SCP-XXXX breach containment:
- Any personnel with a level 1 security clearance are to enter SCP-XXXX containment chamber and are to flip the lever labeled 'Weakling'. All researchers are recommended to leave the site or hide in safe-rooms if the first option hadn't arised. The switch will set the site power system to a powered back-up generator that causes all the lights within the facility to brighten 30% more. A signal for Recall Protocol 72-49-C - 'Weakling' has just begun.
- 4X D-class personnel will be dispatched wearing a modified shock-collar around their neck with a location tracker inside of each collar that will insinute a swift painful sting every 30 seconds. The shock collar will immediately induce a shock when it detects a great electromagnetic force and will deactivate. When one collar deactivates it'll send out a signal for all other collars to detonate.
- D-class would be spread across the entire site until one gets the attention of SCP-XXXX and begins the hunting phase.
- When one collar deactivates, it'll alarm Surface Team Lemur-709-A to take a dose of painkillers, enter the facility and track down the deactivated collar, as it'll lead to SCP-XXXX whereabouts.
- When visual has been made with SCP-XXXX, 2 scenarios may occur:
- SCP-XXXX would've terminated the D-class and is either torturing the subject or already wandering around its kill.
- SCP-XXXX is still hunting the D-class personnel. When this occurs, Surface Team should terminate D-class on-sight which will bring SCP-XXXX to a halt.
- SCP-XXXX should calm from its triggered state and would comply with foundation staff.
- SCP-XXXX should be kept in a temporary containment cell while janitorial staff are to clean up any mess left behind thoroughly throughout the whole site.
Any personnel caught trying to aid SCP-XXXX in escaping or attempting to breach the site while in lockdown will cause immediate sedation.
Addendum XXXX-03: On █/█/20██, O5-█ dispatched the following notice regarding SCP-XXXX:
Any and all interviews that contain any background history or any detail about SCP-XXXX mysterious behaviour are to be discontinued until further notice. After the incident-XXXX involving Dr █████ ████ SCP-XXXX has been expressed itself to have an unpredictable behavioural pattern that is slowly becoming increasingly more chaotic as the days go by. Due to this SCP-XXXX has been re-classed as keter from euclid. In order to protect the foundation and humanity from the entity it is recommended we give it a bit of space. We want to decreases the chances of another containment breach due to SCP-XXXX. We thank you for your cooperation.
