Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a 3m x 3m x 3m glass chamber full of water. The temperature of the chamber must be in between 100ºC and 0ºC. A pump system must be affixed to SCP-XXXX's interior, constantly providing replacement water. Any Level 2 personnel is allowed to enter the room. Any transportation of SCP-XXXX is required to have great amounts of water around it.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 100% cotton-based towel that weighs 1.5 kilogrammes. Point of origin is unknown to the Foundation It does not appear to be alive in any way, but the item has shown reactions to humidity levels in its surroundings.
SCP-XXXX is attracted and absorbs all near liquids. If there are no liquids close to SCP-XXXX, it will increase the range and potency of attraction. Solidified or evaporated substances will no longer be attracted by SCP-XXXX.
The destination of said liquids is currently unknown to The Foundation.
