This SCP is a cornfield located somewhere in the rural lands of Iowa. The corn field appears to be approximately around 2 square miles big and the corn never deseases through non growing seasons. The field is not owned by anyone though there is a old house and a barn located north of the field. The barn and the house of been examined and the house consisted of blood stained mattresses, empty spaces, and debris. The barn had bones of horses, cows, and sheep. Little is known about the corn field but expeditions have been concluded. Most of he expeditions have failed and the patients in the corn have been lost and never came out but one expedition has been successful for us. We used walkie-talkies to communicate. The Patient after 5 minutes said, “The corn is endless and has no end,” he seemed distressed and kept in ranting about the endless corn the operator with the other walker-talkie eased the patient with insurgence that’d he’d return out of the corn however, well knowing this was false. 30 minutes in the patient began complaining, “The corn, it feels to have gotten stiffer and harder, m-my legs are sore can you please get me out of here?” the patient began sounding very impatient and started to sound scared as he mentioned he was felling uneasy. 45 minutes in the patient started to scream for assistance to help him, “the corn and black and decayed, it’s rock hard and instead of going right through it I I have to squeeze myself between each stem,” the patient was scared of being trapped and was quickly getting claustrophobia. 50 minutes in the patients voice was harder to here and slight static was coming off the walklie-talkie voices not of the patient began to be heard and the patient was tearing from the voices saying that it sounded like that of his dead mom, “Help me there voices I’m trapped in the corn i here faint voic-Michael (patients name) Michae-mom is that you?” The patient seem suthed by his moms voices but other voices made him tear up. 1 hour in the patient stopped speaking minutes before he was crying yelling at the walkie-talkie, telling of the hallucinations he was seeing, “Mom is that you help me get out of here I need help, no mom don’t go don’t leave me no don’t mom don’t mom don’t,” the patient started to cry deeply as the figure taking shape of his mom leaves in the vast depth of the corn field. Another hallucination begins to show and as stated from he patient, “it is as decayed and black as the corn,”. “He is smiling at me and slowly getting close I’m trying to break off a piece the corn stem to defend myself,” the patient was crying as he said this and was not able to break off the corn after that he started to cry deeply and eventually the wallow-talkie stopped responding. Likely the patient was killed from starvation or dehydration and possibly something else that was in the corn field with him. We have sense then gated off the corn field and prohibited any access to the corn field and the whole general area. This scp is classified as Safe because it is easy to contain. It is unknown how many have been lost in the corn field and the origin is unknown.
