Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4328 is to be contained in a soundproof seven meter by seven meter Humanoid Containment Cell furnished with:
- One twin sized bed
- One bed set
- One wardrobe with clothing
- A Toilet
SCP-4328 must be gagged at all times. Subject is to be fed three times a day similar to D-Class personnel; this is the only time the gag may be removed. Requests for additional items must be approved by a staff member with Level 3 clearance or higher. Only Level 3+ Personnel May verbally communicate with SCP-4328. Personnel coming into contact with SCP-4328 must wear ear plugs, must not verbally communicate with SCP-4328, and must be accompanied by an armed guard. Personnel failing to take any of these precautions should be immediately restrained in a straitjacket and screened for psychological and emotional instability. Should such damage be observed (suicidal thoughts, delirium, etc.), the affected person must immediately be terminated by closest and quickest available means.
Updated Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4328 is to be contained in a standard Humanoid Containment Cell within Site-██. SCP-4328 must be bound to a hospital bed using leather straps with at least 2 locks each, must be in a medically induced coma at all times, and should receive sustenance through intravenous fluids. Furthermore, the SCP must be gagged at all times; removing the gag by anyone below Level 4 Clearance will result in a disciplinary hearing. The SCP may be neutralized should it awake from its coma, attempts to sedate it fail, and the Lead Researcher determines that a breach in containment is imminent. Personnel coming into contact with SCP-4328 must wear ear plugs underneath noise cancelling ear muffs, must not verbally communicate with SCP-4328, and must be accompanied by an armed guard. Personnel failing to take any of these precautions should be immediately restrained and screened for psychological and emotional instability. Should such damage be observed (suicidal thoughts, delirium, etc.), the affected person must immediately be terminated by closest and quickest available means.
Should loss of containment occur, operatives should remain on standby to enact procedures for an ΩK Extreme-loss-of-life Scenario. Due to the extreme danger SCP-4328's ability poses to staff, testing is not allowed. It is unknown if SCP-4328 can use stories to make others do its bidding.
Following the events that unfolded after Interview Log 1, SCP-4328 is to be hunted down and terminated by hunter-killer squads of MTF Tau-5 “Samsara” and Eta-11 “Savage Beasts” Operatives. All embedded agents must be on standby to disseminate false information tying mass suicide incidents to ongoing environmental and stress related issues.
Description: SCP-4328 is a 1.8m tall, 17 year old humanoid male of mixed Asian/European descent.
In terms of basic interaction, SCP-4328 exhibits normal behavior. It will speak and interact with personnel and understands that it is currently contained, to which it does not show surprise. It has a preference for singing and plays, possibly having performed in [REDACTED]1.
SCP-4328’s anomalous properties manifest when it begins to tell stories that involve love triangles, and by extension, death. These stories, when told to audiences, induce extreme emotional instability. Additionally, the presence of an audience larger than 3 individuals results in a “performance” of the story, with SCP-4328 narrating as the individuals complete their lines and pull props out of thin air, though they have never practiced or heard the story before. These subjects, (henceforth SCP-4328-1, SCP-4328-2, and SCP-4328-3) become the three main characters within the story. Allowing the story to complete results in the death of SCP-4328-3, who is always killed within the storyline. Injuries consistent with what happens to SCP-4328-3 within the story is applied to SCP-4328-3’s physical body. Injuries in testing include:
- Blunt force trauma with a bat or nightstick
- Blunt for trauma consistent with an automobile accident
- Gunshot Wounds
- Suicide through various means
- [DATA EXPUNGED]
Upon completion, SCP-4328-1 and -2 will immediately fall into a delirious and depressed state, which results in self-termination within 1 hour. To date, no method of preventing self termination of these subjects has been successful; subjects exhibit an extreme will to die and will use anything in their vicinity to kill themselves. Access to civilian recordings, plus tests with D-Class personnel include the following methods:

- Propofol Overdose
- Hanging
- [REDACTED]
- Ingestion of [REDACTED]
- A [REDACTED] inserted into [REDACTED]
- Suicide by Cop
Additionally, any audience who hears any story told by SCP-4328 will exhibit signs of severe depression around 3 minutes after the ending of the performance, resulting in self-mutilation and [REDACTED], which typically leads to huge destruction of property and additional casualties.
SCP-4328 was taken into custody after the performance of [REDACTED], which resulted in the death of over ███ civilians. Surviving first responders were administered Class-A amnestics, and media coverage of the incident was successfully contained by Foundation Personnel embedded within local news agencies.
Experiment Logs
Foreword: Logs have been significantly simplified and only give basic information regarding the test’s objectives. 2 experiments were led by former Lead Researcher Lee; the 3rd led by [DATA LOST]. All D-Class Personnel involved had non-violent tendencies and had no history of suicidal tendencies.
Testing whether cognitohazard is auditory, visual, or both.
Parameters: 15 D-Class Personnel placed in the room with SCP-4328. 5 were both sight uninhibited and auditory uninhibited (control group), 5 were auditory inhibited (Group 1), and 5 were visually inhibited (Group 2). D-Class threatened with termination if they removed their inhibitive devices. 1 D-Class placed in adjacent room with camera feed to monitor experiment and report to Lead Researcher via typed reports, 1 D-Class Researcher placed in adjacent room with speakers hooked up to microphones in the testing chamber; this D-Class also reported to Lead Researcher via typed reports. Audio-only and Visual-only recordings were also made. This Experiment was repeated 5 times.
Results: SCP-4328-1, -2, and -3 were randomly selected between the Control Group and Group 2. All 15 D-Class Personnel in the chamber were killed; those with auditory inhibitors (Group 1) were killed by those without non-auditory inhibitors (Control and Group 2). D-Class reporter in microphone room found dead by [DATA EXPUNGED], D-Class Reporter in Camera Room shaken but alive.
Conclusion: The memetic agent SCP-4328 exhibits is only auditory.
Personal Notes from Lead Researcher Lee: I guess it’s only an auditory cognitohazard. Perhaps we can weaponize the recording?

Parameters: 5 D-Class sit in a room and watch a video-only tape of the first experiment (Group 1). 5 D-class sit in a room and listen to an audio tape of the first Experiment (Group 2). 5 D-Class sit in a room with neither stimulation (control group). Groups 1 and 2 were both monitored by separate Junior Researchers in camera rooms. This Experiment was repeated 5 times.
Results: No one in the Control Group died. Group 1 (D-Class watching video-only performance) had no adverse effects from the tape. Group 2 (D-Class listening to performance) all perished. SCP-4328-1, -2, and -3 were selected and performed the play in the exact same style way as occurred in Experiment 1 while the other 2 were audience members. All 5 self-terminated even after staff attempted to intervene.
Conclusion: The memetic agent SCP-4328 exhibits can be weaponized using auditory recordings.
Personal Notes from Lead Researcher Lee: I wonder if we could teach this thing sign language so we could communicate with it using only visual stimulation. Now that I think about it, we could just gag it and make it write on a small chalkboard or something.
What happens when the auditory recording is used on groups smaller than 3 people?
Parameters: 2 D-Class sit in a room with no stimulation (Control). 2 D-Class sit in a room with the audio tape (Group 1).
Results: Before the experiment could begin, Lead Researcher Lee inexplicably took the audio tape and broadcast it throughout Site-██, leading to a major Containment Breach and incurring a total 93% casualty rate throughout the site.
Conclusion: SCP-4328 has access to a stronger audio memetic agent than previously known. Local MTF’s were unable to prevent SCP-4328’s abilities from inflicting casualties until MTF Eta-11 “Savage Beasts” intervened.
Personal Audio Log from Junior Researcher █████████: Lead Researcher Lee did not have his audio protection equipment on. As to why Lead Researcher Lee broadcast the tape… I’d suggest that SCP-4328 somehow influence him into doing so. I’d like to test this further, but I doubt I’ll be allowed to anytime soon. On another note, none of the SCP's in Site-██ were affected by the audio recording, which renders any tests with other SCP's moot.
NOTICE: AFTER EXPERIMENT 3, NO FURTHER TESTING IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A 4/5TH MAJORITY VOTE BY THE 05-COUNCIL.
OFFICIAL Incident Report SCP-4328(1): During Experiment 3, Site-██ suffered a containment breach after staff working with SCP-4328 fell under its influence. Over ███ personnel were killed, and local MTF’s were unable to prevent SCP-4328’s previously abilities from inflicting casualties as they were exposed to the recording, until MTF Eta-11 “Savage Beasts” intervened. As MTF “Savage Beasts” were wearing full-encompassing helmets with HUD displays, SCP-4328 was unable to influence personnel, leading to a revision in Containment Procedures.
Interview 1:
The following interaction occurs between SCP-4328 and Dr. ████████ (henceforth Doc), 3 days after Experiment 3’s Containment Breach. All interaction occurs through photos of messages written on whiteboards.
- SCP-4328: Hi doc, how’s it going?
- Doc: Cut the shit 4328.
- SCP-4328: Come on, why don’t you guys learn? You all make it too easy.
- Doc: Excuse me? I’m here because of the people you killed during that breach. What is the point of this shit?
- SCP-4328: Come on. We both know why I did it. I love to tell stories, people just can’t handle the beauty of them.
- Doc: Beauty? You kill people… that isn’t the point. The point is, why do you tell these stories when you could just avoid telling stories and avoid killing people?
- SCP-4328: Tell me Doc… what’s your job? What is the point of your existence?
- Doc: What? How does this pertain to this conversation at all?
- SCP-4328: Everyone on this Earth has a job, Doc. Now, let me tell you a story…

Note: Doctor ████████ attempted to cover his ears but was immediately overcome by SCP-4328’s verbal influence. Within minutes, 87% of personnel were affected and began [REDACTED]. Shortly after, contact with Site-██ was lost and MTF “Savage Beasts” scrambled to contain Site-██. The MTF squad managed to intercept SCP-4328 and severely wound it, putting it into a coma. After these events, Special Containment Procedures were updated to reflect additional security measures.
On █/██/████, 3 years after the events following Interview 1, a catastrophic containment breach occurred around 22:30 Hours. After reviewing security footage of SCP-4328's cell, it was determined that all security footage recorded at 22:00 hours every day since Experiment 2 had been tampered with. All SCP’s except for SCP-4328 and █ keter class SCP’s were re-contained with loss of ███ personnel. Junior Researcher █████████ is the only staff member unaccounted for. SCP-4328 is still at large; while operatives remain on standby for ΩK Extreme-loss-of-life Scenario procedures, none have been employed as SCP-4328 has not inflicted civilian casualties. This has been the true for ██ days after containment breach. Why it hasn’t struck is currently under investigation, with hunter-killer teams still operating in [REDACTED].
Message from Council Member 05-3:
While experimentation on an SCP's is acceptable, especially with regards to better containment procedures, the use of SCP's as weapons is NOT the primary goal of the Foundation. Had Lead Researcher Lee survived, he would have been demoted to a Junior Researcher at the very least, and been taken before a hearing in front of the Ethics Committee. While Researchers are given a rather large degree of space for their experiments, it is inappropriate to 1) Not consult with the ethics committee, and 2) Attempt to weaponize an SCP without the green light from the 05-Council and Ethics Committee. This is a textbook case of failing to remember the Foundation's primary goal: Secure. Contain. Protect.

After review of recent Containment Failures and catastrophic casualties (numbering at ███) at Site-██, Site-██,Site-██, and Site-██ due to anomalous effects consistent with SCP-4328, it has become apparent that SCP-4328 has been striking at the Foundation through unknown means. The deaths of 05-3 and 05-8, who both [REDACTED], also indicate that SCP-4328 has reached into the highest levels of the Foundation. Furthermore, the discovery Junior Researcher █████████'s body leads us to believe that SCP-4328 CAN compromise Foundation Personnel for long periods of time. Current investigations the relationship between SCP-4328 and the loss of SCP-███ and SCP-████ are pending. On another note, MTF Eta-10 “See No Evil” Specialists have determined that SCP-4328’s file may contain a visual cognitohazard. DO NOT, under any circumstances, allow anyone access to the file unless they're trained in counter-memetics.
