SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-3

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is confined in a standard humanoid containment cell in Site-17. SCP-XXXX is to be monitored continuously be personnel with Level 3 Security clearance or above and be given 8 hours of psychiatric therapy a week.

SCP-XXXX is to be denied access to all tools capable of artistic creation (Pencils, pens, crayons, markers, paint, etc) unless granted by personnel of Level 3 Security clearance and above.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a human adult male of Spanish descent by the name of Joel ███████.

SCP-XXXX possesses the ability to create hand-drawn illustrations (hereby designated as SCP-XXXX-1) which gain autonomy over their movement upon completion of the drawing, often on canvas sheets. However, locomotion/movement and interaction by an instance of SCP-XXXX is restricted within the confines of the canvas. Humanoid and invertebrate/fauna instances of SCP-XXXX-1 have no sentience and do not respond to any external stimuli; these characteristics have rendered SCP-XXXX-1 devoid of any motivation to leave the canvas.

If SCP-XXXX were to use any watercolor paints1 instances of SCP-XXXX-2 will manifest. SCP-XXXX-2 instances are illustrations which are able to physically transit between the canvas and base reality. Inanimate objects can be extracted utilizing this method. These objects are identical to their non-anomalous counterparts. A hammer, silverware, and a basketball are proven to behave consistently with their real equivalents.

Humanoid and animal instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are shown to have full sentience and behave like regular people/animals. Humanoid and animal instances show a strong bond with SCP-XXXX immediately showing affection to SCP-XXXX once removed from the painting.

SCP-XXXX-4 out if its canvas

After two days have elapsed, all instances of SCP-XXXX-2 either liquefy into paint or enter through the canvas, converting itself to an inanimate illustration. If any instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are named and signed by SCP-XXXX it will have the ability to continue existing unless destroyed.

SCP-XXXX-3 and 4 are instances of SCP-XXXX-2 named and signed by SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-3 is an adult female Siberian Husky weighing approximately 22kg with black and white fur named "Nova". SCP-XXXX-4 is an adult male Siberian Husky weighing approximately 27kg with all-white fur named "Casper". Both huskies' physiology is made up completely of paint. SCP-XXXX-3 and SCP-XXXX-4 incite a positive emotional response in SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-3 and 4 seem to keep SCP-XXXX happy and motivated to be compliant with personnel staff.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered on ███████ ███████ Beach Pier by a researcher on vacation. The SCP offered to paint a custom portrait for the researcher for $██ and upon completion of the painting, the researcher discovered the SCP's anomalous abilities and reported it to the Foundation.

Upon being detained by the Foundation the SCP fully complied with Foundation Personnel and was polite and "just glad he was being housed with other people and not all by himself."

Addendum XXXX-1: SCP-XXXX is to be monitored by video surveillance to analyze activities with SCP-XXXX-3 and 4. Any suspicious activity is to be immediately reported to level 4 personnel. Failure to do so will end with immediate termination.
