Item #: SCP-(To be designated)

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-TBD is presumably contained at Site-19 in a standard humanoid containment chamber. SCP-TBD is allowed to freely roam Site-19 The door to, and all entryways leading to SCP-TBD's chamber must be under constant surveillance with 5-second intervals of the aforementioned areas being unobserved every 5 minutes at random, any changes to the mentioned areas must be reported immediately and until containment is confirmed, SCP-TBD has supposedly breached containment. At random intervals during the day, SCP-TBD must use the terminal located in SCP-TBD's chambers to confirm containment. The door to SCP-TBD's containment chamber must remain sealed at all times. SCP-TBD's chamber has 1 desk, 1 computer belonging to the SCP with all wireless capabilities removed, 1 specialized foundation computer terminal directly connected to only one other terminal located in the office of the current head researcher of SCP-TBD's containment.

Description: SCP-TBD is presumably an adolescent, likely contained at Site-19. SCP-TDB claims that is has no abnormal traits except that it exists in the layer of reality that is unobserved, and that SCP-TBD is effectively immortal, though both of the claims by this SCP cannot be verified as of yet. Though SCP-TBD claims that it was born in the year 1999, records indicate that the entity has always been in foundation custody, the chamber containing SCP-TBD was registered as unused until markings were found on the walls reading "Could you open the door?" at which point site personnel believed that there had been a containment breach, though after a few short moments it was confirmed that no SCPs had breached containment, following incident TBA-01 investigation was undergone to discover what left the message, leading to the discovery of SCP-TBD.

SCP-TBD claims to have originated from Portland, OR and to have been born June 28, 2001. SCP-TBD went missing after applying for an internship at Anderson Robotics on February 14, 2014, correlating with the disappearance of █████ ████████ on the same day.

SCP-TBD, along with any object in direct physical contact with SCP-TBD, cannot be physically observed by any methods, unless observation of the object has was never lost while under direct contact of SCP-TBD. Any changes to the physical world caused by direct contact from SCP-TBD will not occur unless the objects fall out of observation. These conditions supposedly apply to SCP-TBD as well, who exists what has been termed The Unobservable Realm by Dr. Ians, the co-head researcher for SCP-TBD head researcher of Project Aspectu. The Unobservable Realm is a layer of reality that exists under no observation, except for SCP-TBD. Though SCP-TBD is generally cooperative with Foundation Personel, steps have been taken to ensure the containment of SCP-TBD as it's abilities allow it to allow SCP's to breach containment, discretely gather intel on the Foundation itself, and sabotage the Foundation. However, in light of SCP-TBD's abilities it has been proposed that SCP-TBD be put in the field to gather intel and possibly sabotage dangerous GOIs.
