Description:
SCP-████ is approximately 160 cubic metres of non-anomalous municipal tap water contained within a standard tempered glass aquatic enclosure at Site-██.
Measured physical properties of SCP-████ are consistent with ordinary municipal tap water and include, but are not limited to:
• Density: 998 kg/m³
• Dynamic viscosity: 0.001 Ns/sqm
• Electrical conductivity: 124 µS/cm
• pH: 7.1
• Critical pressure: 22.06 MPa (unconfirmed)
• Critical temperature: 374 °C (unconfirmed)
Repeated analyses have confirmed these values remain within expected tolerances for untreated municipal water.
No measurable evidence of biological activity, cognition, memory, self-organisation, reality alteration, anomalous energy production, or violation of established physical law has been observed.
Despite the above, SCP-████ has directly or indirectly resulted in ██ confirmed fatalities. The probability of the complete observed sequence of events occurring by chance has been estimated at 1 in 10^████ assuming ordinary physical processes.
The false special containment procedures are to be disseminated and employed at Site-██ staff to reduce operational risks, and fatalities.

Procedure: A noospheric measurement device was deployed into SCP-████ via mechanical winch. Readings were taken to determine whether the conceptual framework of predation exists within the idea-space associated with SCP-████. Baseline measurements were also taken from municipal water.
Results:
SCP-████ displays no statistically significant deviations from normal municipal water.

• Repeat noospheric testing, with specific focus on conceptual clusters associated with “murder,” “killing,” and “intentional harm” in proximity to SCP-████
Current probabilistic models for SCP-████’s behaviour remain insufficient to account for observed casualty rates under controlled conditions. Previous negative results across ontokinetic, memetic, theological, and temporal assessments do not adequately explain cumulative incident history.
I believe further testing is required.
