Special Containment Procedures
SCP-9165 is to be kept in a cocnrete room with only a laptop and SCP-9165-2 present at site =Redacted=.
The room`s floor is to open up into a pit of corrosive acid and the room`s content is to be dropped down.
The laptop is to be replaced time and will not be logged in with an email of any sort.
The only app it is to have it the internet application, but it is to only have access to google
The room is to be locked with 4 keys located on four different researchers who`s involvment with SCP-9165
is only to be known to the Site Director. If research is to be conducted it must be conducted by one of the four
scientists and the site director is to call upon all four researchers to lock up the locks before the site director
enters a 6-digit code that is only known to himand the 05 Council. The site director is to remember the code in
their head and never have it written out. Following the door`s opening, a criminal class D on death row is to enter
the room. The room will once again be locked and with all four keys and can not be opened before the next time
research is to be conducted.If a containment breach happens to happen while the class D personell is in the concrete
room, he is instructed to stay in the room, even if a warhead is administered. In the case that SCP-9165 is discovered
outside of site =redacted=, the SCP foundation has partnered up with google so if the searchwords are searched, the
foundation will know it`s location and is to fly to the location with a criminal D class personell on death row and
dispose of the bodies that follow the search without looking at the computer screen. The computer will then be wiped
with an external device and the email of the computer`s owner is to be deactivated by computer specialists at site
=redacted=.
Description
SCP-9165 is a combination of 4 words that if entered into google, will result in the computer crashing before
turning on again. The computer will then have it`s background switched to a picture of whoever typed in the
searchwords and the computer will then make anyone who looks at it with their own eyes, not through a camera, drop
down to the floor and have a seizure before their eyes and stomach explode in a bloody mess. The computer will then
send out copies of SCP-9165-1 via E-mail to everyone who has ever sent an E-mail to the computer`s user. If this is
not contained it could cause a Keter type event, wiping out everyone with an E-mail adress and a computer.
The searchwords were given to the SCP-foundation by an unidentifiable E-mail adress that read out
"Helping Hand@=redacted=.com". The E-mail read as following.
"Hello foundation. WE know who you are but you dont know who WE are. WE seek to avoid a world ending virtual disaster
and put all OUR trust into your hands. Put these four words `=redacted= =redacted= =redacted= =redacted=` into a
clean computer with absolutely NO connection to any E-mail. Do with this as you please"
Who or what created this is and continues to be unknown.
Addendum SCP-9165-1
SCP-9165-1 is an extention of SCP-9165. It is an Email sent from an infected computer via E-mail to anyone who has
E-mailed the computer`s owner. The curse will only be activated upon reading the E-mail. It will do the same as
SCP-9165 and will continue to spread, causing a world ending event.
Addendum SCP-9165-2
SCP-9165-2 is the paper in SCP-9165`s containment room that reads out the four word searchword. It serves no other
purpose than to inform the D-class personell in the room of the searchword. It is taped to the wall and is the
only other written appearance of the code except for the original E-mail.
