Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be maintained at Site-██ in a 2x2x2 containment chamber. There should always be two Level 2 guards guarding the chamber entrance at all times. Any testing with SCP-XXXX shall be done with Level 3 Major Scientists and above, only one subject is allowed to be used when testing. No personal may enter SCP-XXXX's chamber. The subject shall be terminated with-in 24 hours after the test.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Holter Heart Monitor, it comes with wires and pads that is attached to the skin. When a subject is attached to SCP-XXXX they, with-in 2-3 seconds, will fall unconscious. While the subject is unconscious they will experience seizures. The subject is unaware of this and is in a coma-like state where they are hallucinating. While in this state subjects still remain vital brain functions, and also breath and digest properly. The only inert part of the body is the heart, which fails to start beating while the hallucinations are present. SCP-XXXX is shown to place the patches by itself without the help of any Foundation Staff or Personal.
Anyone near an approximate 15 feet perimeter of SCP-XXXX while it is being used will also fall unconscious, and be faced with the same seizures and hallucinations as the subject. Anyone wearing a air-tight hazardous suit and is 15 feet of SCP-XXXX is unaffected, leading to believe that SCP-XXXX's affects in the area is air born. If the subject attached to SCP-XXXX wakes up from SCP-XXXX's effects is to be named SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is, most of the time, not hostile. Instead they are usually inert for several hours.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was discovered after a large number of healthy patients were killed for no reason, and the survivors of SCP-XXXX would talk of hellish landscapes to nurses. This was eventually reported to the local police station where SCP-XXXX was finally reported to the foundation. Any survivors and nurses, also police officers were given Class 4 Mental sedatives and hypnotic drugs to forget the incident, and SCP-XXXX was located to Site-██ where it stays.

Foreword: D-3006 still doesn't respond.

Foreword: Guard enters and D-3006 walks off with him until he reaches the door, where he grabs the guard's gun and threatens to shoot himself.
Interviewer: *Yelling* Drop the gun D-3006.
Foreword: D-3006 doesn't listen and instead shoot himself.
Interviewer: Dear god, what the hell.
<End Log>Closing Statement: After this incident, guards are now forced to leave there guns outside of SCP-XXXX's chamber in a locked case before retrieving the D-Class inside of SCP-XXXX's chamber.
