Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-J is to be kept in a standard file cabinet, and each separate instance and variation of SCP-XXXX-J are to be kept in separate file cabinets, each with a unique key. The separate instances of SCP-XXXX-J are not to be presented to each othe.

Description SCP-XXXX-J is an identical copy of the second amendment.
SCP-XXXX-J-1 is a piece of paper with the words “House or Senate” written on it with large, bold letters.
SCP-XXXX-J-2 is a figurine, resembling a young child throwing a temper tantrum.
SCP-XXXX-J-3 is the same figurine as SCP-XXXX-J-2, except it is painted blue.
When SCP-XXXX-J-2, and SCP-XXXX-J-3 are placed near each other, they begin exhibiting sounds similar to that of a donkey in extreme distress.
Closer examination of the sounds reveal that they are both shouting two conflicting phrases.
SCP-XXXX-J-2 seems to be repeating the phrase “no gun laws!”, repeatedly
SCP-XXXX-J-3 seems to be repeating the phrase “ban all guns!”, repeatedly
It is unknown if the figurines are sentient, and/or when the obtained sentience, but two incidents have occurred when each instance of SCP-XXXX-J were found in the same room together.

Addendum:
Incident W██

July ██, 191█, SCP-XXXX-J and all instances of it are located in a child’s bedroom in ███, Germany. They are taken to Site-███ for further testing.
The next day, Arch-Duke Ferdinand of Austria is assassinated
World War I begins.
November ██, 191█, SCP-XXXX-J and it’s instances are given seperate file cabinets, and on the same day, the treaty of Versailles is signed.
