Special containment procedures: SCP:4154 is to be contained in a 10 meter by 10 meter by 10 meter human containment cell, lined with a titanium metal glass, and a double blast door airlock system, already prepared in site 88. If anyone is to enter said containment, who is not a D-class personnel, they are to be accompanied by at least 2 D-class, who are to be standing directly before the non D-class personnel. However, if a D-class enters there are no additional security measures to those installed in the cell itself. Additionally, every day, 3 times a day, a D-class is to enter SCP-4154's containment cell, and provide it with food. Until SCP-4154 is secured, there should be a foundation personnel designated to, check the posts made by SCP-4154, and continuing the illusion of interaction with SCP-4154's account from the rest of the site.
Description: SCP-4154 is a humanoid about 1.77 meters in height, appears to be a male of central american origin. They either are, or have an uncanny likeness to [data redacted], (for the rest of the description, please note that when describing the actions of [data redacted], they may be referred to as SCP-4154) who worked at [data redacted], it is not currently believed that the anomalous properties of SCP-4154 are related to SCP-[data redacted], however further investigation into the matter is ongoing. It is assumed that SCP-4154 learned of the existence of the SCP foundation as we investigated and explored SCP-[data redacted]. Shortly after our containment of SCP-[data redacted] at [data redacted], SCP-4154 started a Facebook account with the handle being 'the humanitarian', this account consistently rants about 'the humanitarian crisis that is the SCP foundation'. However, the account has never gathered much of a following, and since Feuary 32 20[data redacted] the foundation has cut off the ties of the account to the rest of the social media site, or any other website, while still allowing SCP-4154 to post, so that the foundation can monitor SCP-4154's actions. Thus far assumed to be sentient, though SCP-4154 has rarely been shown communicating. SCP-4154 has incredible strength, so far SCP-4154 has shown their strength to be roughly 3,700 newtons, and their max speed has shown to be 55 mph SCP-4154 also possesses incredibly acute senses, which has made it rather difficult to secure. SCP-4154 has been shown to kidnap D-class personnel, though it is unknown what happens to the D-class after they are taken by SCP-4154. On numerous occasions, SCP-4154 has faked the existence of dangerous anomalies, supposedly to lure out the SCP foundation, and attempt to kidnap more D-class.
Mission log SCP-4154-a: On February 22 20[data redacted]; [data expunged] received a direct call from an unknown number, later revealed to be a prepaid phone, claiming to have discovered an anomaly, that the caller described as a "spider demon" and requested that the foundation come to contain it, specifying to send only D-class personnel. MTF lambda-12 (pest-control) was dispatched to secure the anomaly, if it existed, however they where ordered to watch from a distance until they confirmed the existence of the anomaly. However, instead of the "spider demon", they observed SCP-4154, sitting in the branches of a tree, waiting, holding a pre-paid phone. MTF lambda-12 never interacted with SCP-4154, and watched for about 2 hours before the arrival of more SCP personnel scared SCP-4154 off.
Mission log SCP-4154-b:[data redacted] Which resulted in [data redacted] deaths and [data redacted] D-class to be taken. Upon exciting the area SCP-4154 was heard telling the D-class he had taken that "you're safe now" before escaping.
