SCP 59031 is not to be tested on without purmision by a level 5 pursonel. scp 59031 is a huminoid entity they resemble the look of a 7 year old boy and act like a 7 year old autistic boy. if SCP 59031 has an autistic shutdown anyone in a 5 meter perimiter will turn into stone. If SCP 59031 notices this effect there area of effect will increase by 5 meters for then to the time they calm down. once they calm down the will have no reculection of the effect they have on people if told of the effect they will begin a shutdown
