Description: He is a 14-year-old white-caucasian male with dirty blond hair and red eyes, he is 5' 6" and has a slim but buff build. He can do literally anything. There is no way to describe him except for saying that he either is or isn't. This is why he is named: "The One Who Is and Isn't". Abilities include teleportation, phoenix revive, indestructibility, universe traveling, fase through anything, shape-shifting, make anything out of nothing, invisibility, disintegrate anything he touches with ease by will, breath with no oxygen and create it, control anything that is alive, flight, and etc. At the moment there is no way to contain him but he is docile unless attacked or senses murderous intent in something or someone, either directed towards him or someone near him, and because of this docility they let him roam around the facilities unless he is not allowed in the place or is directed to go on a mission to secure a rouge SCP. Even though he is considered safe he is still Apollyon class and is said to be the most dangerous being in any know and unknown universe, multiverse, and dimension.
