Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4071 is to be contained in a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m airtight steel cube at all times, similar to SCP-096's cell. SCP-4071 must have two night-vision security cameras inside and outside of its chamber, the cameras must be monitored by two security guards at all times. Two heavily armed guards are to stand close to SCP-4071's cell and must be switched every twelve hours by two different heavily armed guards. The inside of SCP-4071's cell must be pitch black. If any personnel require to open the cell (with permission from Dr █████) they must keep the cell pitch black and no light must be shown into the cell of SCP-4071.

Description: SCP-4071 is a rather tall, genderless, black, humanoid-like figure that measures 2.16 meters in height and its eyes are very large compared to an average human. Its facial expression shows joy and despite it never moving its mouth, SCP-4071 can talk, most of the time, to itself. SCP-4071 appears to hate light and when revealed to it, he become extremely aggressive and starts scratching any living thing close to him with his razor-sharp nails, often killing the victims. Also, during this state of aggression, he seems to scream in agony, almost as if it is hurt by light. No human has ever recovered from an attack by SCP-4071 and usually die of blood loss. SCP-4071 is often calm when in the dark but can still kill personnel the same way he usually does.

SCP-4071 was found in an abandoned shopping centre in America, walking around by four teenagers going to the Mall for a YouTube video when they unexpectedly encountered the dark figure standing close to them, SCP-4071 was then exposed to light and killed the youngest and the oldest teenager.
