Note: Since Incident 4XXX-2, the cameras have been equipped with night vision technology and everyone inside SCP-4XXX is required to carry a firearm. Tests to go to SCP-4XXX's pocket dimension are pending for approval.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is to be kept in a large room with a 3 x 3 x 3 meter room attached to it. This attachment has the purpose of getting SCP-4XXX back in if it breaches containment. The room is equipped with cameras monitoring the entire room and a hologpaphic near car crash simulator. SCP-4XXX is to be monitored at all times to make sure it doesnt breach containment. Access to the room requires Level-2 or higher clearance. All staff members experimenting with SCP-4XXX are required to wear sound-blocking suits with communication devices inside. If SCP-4XXX breahces containment, refer to the 4XXX-CB file.
Description: SCP-4XXX is a standard looking ambulance that fits the standards of the Dutch Ambulance Institute. Everyone who has seen the ambulance said that something looked off about the ambulance, but noone knows what exactly.
SCP-4XXX was first discovered in ██████ when we simulated a near car crash after a search party that was unseccessful
However, if two cars almost crash in The South of the Netherlands, it will manifest itself out of everyone's sight, drive past the cars with the sirens on and dissappear out of everyone's sight. If it is not contained or driving past people it will stay in it's pocket dimension of some sort.
If you are within 5-10 m of SCP-4XXX while the sirens are on, you will lose the ability to hear. Research has showed that the eardrum gets replaced by skin. The rest of the auditory system is still intact. In conclusion, subjects affected by SCP-4XXX can regain the ability to hear if they get a cochlear implant.
During Test Log ██, we learned that SCP-4XXX cannot dissapear if it is stuck in a space where everything is viewed or recorded. If this occurs, SCP-4XXX's sirens will shut off and SCP-4XXX will come to a halt. We also learned during Test Log ██ that SCP-4XXX will appear if you use a hologram to simulate a near car crash.
Incident 4XXX-1: On 15/0█/██, SCP-4XXX breached containment due to ████. At ██:██ SCP-4XXX manifested on the ████ highway and drove ██ km before disappearing again. SCP-4XXX made ███ people deaf. The highway was shut down under the impression of being under construction, all ███ people received a cochlear implant and amnestics, after which they were released and the highway was opened again.
On 0█/0█/██, SCP-4XXX breached containment with Doctor ██████ inside while he was checking the equipment. Around half an hour later, SCP-4XXX was brought back and found Doctor ██████ dead inside. The suit on Doctor ██████ had recorded everything while he was inside SCP-4XXX pocket dimension.

4XXX-CB: If SCP-4XXX breaches containment, it's relatively easy to lure back in. To lure it back in, you need to deactivate all camera's inside SCP-4XXX room via the lever in the room. After that you activate the holographic near car crash accident via another lever inside the room. As soon as SCP-4XXX appears in the 3 x 3 x 3 attachement, which is usually out of sight if standing next to the levers, activate the cameras so that everything is recorded. After that, SCP-4XXX will not be able to leave the room.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is to be kept in a standard storage unit inside Storage Site-77.
Description: SCP-4XXX resembles a battery recycling bin that is 1 x 1 x 1,5 m in size with a circular hole with a diameter of 10 cm. It was discorvered on ██/0█/1█ in the ██████ Highschool, ███████, after some students threw someone else's phone into it and then seeing it turn into a battery. Everyone involved received amnestics.
SCP-4XXX will not let any type of battery enter through the opening, acting similar when someone makes 2 magnets to touch the same poles. Any other item that fits through the opening will become a fully charged battery, varying between 1 and ██████ volts, with a sticker on it resembling the item that was put in. If you put this battery back in, it will become the same item again. However, if you use the battery a bit, change it back into an item, and then again into a battery, it will have the same life-span as of when you changed it into an item.
On ██/0█/██, Personnel carrying SCP-4XXX accidentally dropped it, because of which the hole became bigger. Testing concluded SCP-4XXX did not lose anamolous effects. After which it was voted to cut the entire topside open to be able to put in larger items.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX has no current methods to be contained. Every year, at the 25 of December, at 11:30 PM, everyone will receive anaesthesia through ██████ to prevent death from SCP-4XXX.
Description: SCP-4XXX, also knows as Santa Claus, is a unknown anomaly that happens every year on December the 25th on 12:00 PM. Everyone who has a tree in his house will get presents under the tree, if there were some presents there already, then SCP-4XXX replaces them with an identical copy of it, but with a different toy inside. If anyone is not asleep at 12:00 PM, they will die by ██████████. To prevent of a mass public panic every December the 25th, the Foundation came up with a cover story of a person called Santa Claus who lives on the North Pole and brings presents every December the 25th. So far the story was around 80-90% succesfull in hiding SCP-4XXX.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is to be kept on a computer with Windows 10 and no internet. Anything affiliated with Nintendo Co., Ltd is not allowed near SCP-4XXX. Testing requires Level-3 Access.
Description: SCP-4XXX is a anomalous virus that destroys any hardware and software related to Nintendo Co., Ltd. SCP-4XX can travel through wifi networks, bluetooth connections and even through the air if the object is closer than 5 meters to it.
SCP-4XXX was discovered after Ninento Co, Ltd seeked help from governments to inverstigate the then month long shutdowns of every Nintendo server and deletion of games made by Nintendo. The Foundation posed as the ████████████ Government and helped locate SCP-4XXX.
SCP-4XXX came from a rogue employee who was mad at Nintendo Co, Ltd for not using his ideas for Luigis Mansion (2001-2002). After some interviews with the employee, he told us he was so mad that he wrote a virus in a blind rage and then brought it to his work computer. After inserting the virus into the computer the computer shut down and then displayed a hardware error. After that more computers broke down. As the chaos insued, The Luigi's Mansion Trailer was hijacked by SCP-4XXX and then without noticing the changes, was released to the public.
