Special Containment Procedures: None required or instated. SCP-001 is to be accommodated at Area-█ in a fully furnished room with a ███████ clearance terminal capable of satellite communication with any and all Foundation facilities. Only the O5 Council are permitted any contact with SCP-001. Any other personnel, including Level-5 personnel that are not O5 Council members that make contact with SCP-001 or attempt to will be terminated immediately. Level-4 personnel can request to have Level-5 personnel as a representative if they require to talk with SCP-001. Level-4 personnel and below should not have any knowledge of SCP-001. If Level-4 personnel and below are found to have knowledge of SCP-001, they are to be terminated immediately or amnesticated, depending on how long they have been aware of SCP-001 and if they have leaked the information to other personnel. The Junior Administrator is permitted free access to SCP-001 for any good reason. O5 Council members are required to schedule a meeting except when Protocol ████████ is in effect.

Description: SCP-001 holds ████████ clearance. SCP-001 is permitted access to all files stored on any Foundation site database. SCP-001 could be a humanoid child or adult. SCP-001 is involved in long-term tactical decisions for the Foundation, being advised by the O5 Council in making these decisions.
