Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in the Storage Sector of Site 14. Access is only available to Clearance 3 research staff. Tests involving SCP-XXXX are only allowed to be performed on Class-D personnel.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a small USB solid-state drive made out of plastic with seemingly unlimited storage space. SCP-XXXX was originally found inside a small cardboard box labeled "████████" near the entrance to Site ██ on 23/04/20██. Upon attaching SCP-XXXX to any electronic device capable of storing and moving files the device will recognize SCP-XXXX as a regular solid-state drive except for the fact that no information related to the capacity of SCP-XXXX will be shown.

If a sentient being tries to store any data on SCP-XXXX the subject will instead remember that data indefinitely as well as forget something which he had already knew beforehand (Please refer to the Testing Log). Additionally the amount of data transferred into the subject's memory is directly related to the importance of whatever the subject will forget (Again, please refer to the Testing Log).

NOTE: None of the subjects were shown what was inside the files before they were asked to transfer them onto SCP-XXXX.

Test 1 - 14/06/20██

Subject: D-5924
Procedure: D-5924 was asked to try and store a simple text file containing the entirety of Shakespeare's "Hamlet" (180kB) on SCP-XXXX. Upon doing so, D-5924 reported a slight headache and nausea. Both the headache and the nausea stopped after roughly 15 minutes.
Result: The next day D-5924 was asked to write down the entirety of "Hamlet" on paper. After about an hour the subject has finished and hasn't made a single mistake. It is not known what D-5924 forgot.

Test 2 - 21/06/20██

Subject: D-2465
Procedure process: D-2465 was asked to transfer a .PNG file of Mona Lisa (3.3mB) onto SCP-XXXX. Almost immediately after dragging the file to SCP-XXXX D-2465 reported feeling numbness in his left index finger as well as an intense headache. Whilst the headache stopped after around 37minutes, now the subject couldn't move his left index finger.
Result: D-2465 was successfully able to recreate a perfect copy of Mona Lisa, however it is theorized that the subject has forgotten how to move his left index finger. After 54days of rehabilitation, D-2465 is able to move his left index finger again.

Test 3 - 05/03/201█

Subject: D-4605
Procedure process: The subject was prompted to transfer a folder containing all english Wikipedia pages (Over 60gigabytes) onto SCP-XXXX. After the file moving process has finished the subject has instantly started to suffocate. Autopsy revealed that D-4605's lungs and/or diaphram weren't injured in any way.
Result: Death of D-4605 by suffocation.
