Special Containment Procedures: subject is to be confined to a cell of the standard size, and under guard at all times. in order to keep the subject occupied, he may be given logic puzzles, approved "safe" books, and other materials, to be given at the discretion of the site staff. under no circumstances is he to be exposed to any other SCPs without direct approval from the site directors. do not provide him with building materials, tools, or painkillers. every three (3) days, the cell is to be searched, and any hidden material is to be removed. at the same time, the subject is to be examined, and any changes are to be reported immediately.
Description: scp-xxxx is a 6' caucasian male, weighing 81.52kg, with brown eyes, and black hair. the subject's name is Bill Halden, formerly known as doctor halden, of site 24. he is a carrier to 4 SCPs, and has also modified himself in the following ways:
- his left arm, left kidney, and several tendons in his legs are identical to that of someone suffering from the advanced stages of SCP-217. they function as if they were normal, and the subject says that he build them himself, using castings and observations of various people suffering from the disease. the only major difference is that instead of the normal brass, iron, and steel, the subject's parts are made up of titanium, carbon fiber, and other various synthetic materials. upon his arrest, one of his fingers was fitted with a small philip's head screwdriver. this was removed, in order to prevent him from further altering the mechanisms in captivity.
