SCP-2382 "Rusting Water"

SCP-2382, "Rusting Water", is a very harmful object, pain only increases when water has been touched or shaken, but no matter what happens to it, it will always stay stagment, SCP Specialists haven't figured out why its always stagment, and because of that, no Class-D has ever tested the "Rusting Water". Object has not been classified due to unexplainable details.
