Special Containment Procedures: Cameras, microphones, and other recording equipment are not to enter SCP-4313's containment cell. The walls and floor must be soundproof. Any and all unregulated exposure to the contents of SCP-4313 should be considered as an information leak. In the case of a leak, all personnel that have been exposed to the contents of SCP-4313 must be immediately administered amnestic. SCP-4313 must remain closed during transportation. Security must wear infrared goggles before entering.

Description: SCP-4313's exterior resembles an unmarked manila folder, the contents of which change upon viewing. When opened, SCP-4313 instantly materializes an apparently indefinite mass of forms, documents, and other records that describe the examiner, past events, and information related to the examiner. Class D personnel that have examined the contents often exhibit signs of PTSD and paranoia. Symptoms have been observed to remain until the subject receives amnestic.

Test 3 - 8/8/2018

Subject: D-2231 is a 5'2" male, 34 years old. He worked as an editor for the ███ ████ █████ from age 22 to 29.
Procedure: SCP-4313 was examined by D-2231. D-2231 was directed to view only one page at a time, and the experiment was to conclude after 20 minutes.
Results: D-2231 reported increasing paranoia as he examined SCP-4313. 8 minutes before the test concluded, D-2231 began banging on the cell door, demanding to be released. This behavior lasted for 2 minutes before the test was prematurely halted and security entered the cell. D-2231 attempted to evade security and leave the site. Ultimately, security detained D-2231.
D-2231 reported later that SCP-4313 contained information about him which he believed impossible to attain. D-2231 expressed distrust towards the Facility and several government agencies during the interview, which was analyzed and subsequently deleted. D-2231 was administered an amnestic at the conclusion of the interview and shows no long-lasting effects.
Analysis: The paranoia expressed by D-2231 has been determined to originate from his shock at learning a vast amount of previously confidential information relating to himself. Researchers hypothesize that the variety of reactions expressed by previous tests suggest that these symptoms are not anomalous, but rather stem from the subject's personal background.

Test 14 - 2/1/2019

Subject: D-3769 is a 5'1" male, 23 years old. He has previous work experience in various fast food restaurants.
Procedure: D-3769 was instructed to remove a single page from SCP-4313 and transcribe the information, then repeat the process until the test's conclusion. The test was expected to last for 15 minutes but could be interrupted at any moment by D-3769 by pressing a button to alert security.
Results: After 15 minutes, security opened the cell door to find D-3769 sitting in a pile of papers. D-3769 was removing pages from SCP-4313 at a rapid rate, glancing through the text, and discarding the pages into the pile around him. Security detained D-3769 and escorted him out of the cell. Once D-3769 was approximately 10 meters away from SCP-4313, all removed contents dematerialized.
D-3769 expressed immense dissatisfaction related to being separated from SCP-4313. He reported finding secrets about his friends and family and demanded to be returned to SCP-4313's cell. He refused to voluntarily receive the amnestic, which eventually had to be forcibly administered. The transcripts created by D-3769 during the test were deemed to be confidential and stored in █████████.
Analysis: D-3769 experienced no lasting effects. Until a positive or neutral reaction to SCP-4313 is exhibited, transcribing SCP-4313's contents is ineffective.
