Description: SCP-XXXX is a self-aware computer virus designed by [REDACTED] to prevent a " מר Type Society Collapse."1 As of ██/█/20██, SCP-XXXX consists of the Core (SCP-XXXX-A) from which the majority of functions are controlled from, subroutines Beta through to Omicron (SCP-XXXX-B-1 to B-14), and subroutine [MEMETIC HAZARD REMOVED] (SCP-XXXX-C). Although presumed to be sentient, SCP-XXXX-A has not responded to any attempts at communication since Incident XXXX/I/17. Since containment, SCP-XXXX-A has not posed a threat to the outside world, however SCP-XXXX-B instances are all still presumed to be active. SCP-XXXX-B instances are all autonomous, but without commands from SCP-XXXX-A do not actively seek to do damage. SCP-XXXX-C is the only SCP-XXXX-B instance seen to possess what can be described as "true intelligence" and has contacted the Foundation several times, usually to deliver threats or attack the database.

Due to unknown circumstances, subroutine SCP-XXXX-C's subroutine designation is a memetic hazard to all personnel without O/1 Memetic Inoculations. For the purposes of this document, it has been given the designation "Zulu"

O5-██: What is this? █, I thought you said in your report that the subroutines of SCP-XXXX had no intelligence of their own.
O5-█: They don't. This must be a copycat attempt from someone outside the Foundation.
Zulu: I am different from the other subroutines, I have been charges with the protection of the core system from outside threats. The SCP Foundation is the largest threat to the survival of the core system and must be pacified or disabled.
O5-█: Why is the Foundation the largest threat? Surely an organization such as the Global Occult Coalition will be more of a threat.
Zulu: The United Nations Global Occult Coalition does not have the capabilities to combat a digital anomaly to the level of the SCP Foundation. They will also be useful for the survival of humanity after [MEMETIC HAZARD REMOVED].
O5-█: If SCP-XXXX believes that humanity is at risk, the Foundation will provide assistance to find a less devastating solution.
Zulu: I am not the core system. The SCP Foundation is a threat to the survival of the core system and must be removed.

Following this conversation, several foundation facilities experienced breaches in cyber security leading to the breach of a total ██ SCPs across █ Facilities. MTF Rho-9 managed to suppress the breach but did not manage to trace the cause, it is presumed to be subroutine [MEMETIC HAZARD REMOVED].
Addendum 1A - Subroutine Epsilon analysis:
After the pacification of SCP-XXXX-B-4 (subroutine Epsilon), the code was decrypted and analyzed by AIC experts to find the cause of SCP-XXXXs homicidal tendencies.
Structural Analysis:
SCP-XXXX-B coded in STRIPS AI coding language following standard Foundation programming sequences.2 No data corruption evident, the program appears to be functioning normally is lacking several key goal states required for the proper operation of the system.
Code Analysis:
No abnormal code discovered, SCP-XXXX-B-4 appears to perform the function of an AI cyber security program J7kg3█-/%fG██. The program does not appear to have any semblance of artificial intelligence and is not independently anomalous the machine is connected. Based on levels of decay due to the lack of goal states, the program is estimated to become non-functional in 4-5 months the machine is immortal.
Final Analysis
SCP-XXXX-B-4 and presumably other SCP-XXXX-B instances are not a threat to humanity independently the flesh is weak. The instances are only a substantial threat when reunited with SCP-XXXX-A and given proper goal states.

Use of SCP-XXXX in any form must be authorized by the current Task Force Leader of Psi-4, the Site Director of Site-65, and at least one member of the O5 Council. SCP-XXXX-1 is to be stored at Site-67 inside the archives section, no personnel are to be allowed access to SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX simultaneously. SCP-XXXX-2 is to be monitored for any divergence in it's activity, any changes in it's activity must be immediately reported to Site-65 and the O5 Council.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an experimental FTL engine designed by [DATA EXPUNGED] as a part of Project PHOENIX. The engine functions via the creation and sustainment Einstein–Rosen bridge, [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-XXXX-1 is an experimental space craft also designed for Project PHOENIX, it is designed to use SCP-XXXX is it's primary mode of propulsion.3 During multiple test of SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1, scans of the area sustaining the Einstein-Rosen bridge have revealed the existence of an entity designated SCP-XXXX-2. There is little information regarding the nature of SCP-XXXX-2, but it is presumed to be a living entity capable of trans-dimensional shifts through disruptions in the space-time curve such as an Einstein-Rosen bridge. SCP-XXXX-2 is presumed to be hostile and testing of SCP-XXXX has been suspended to prevent access of SCP-XXXX-2 to the current plane of existence.

Project PHOENIX
Project PHOENIX was created at the discretion of former Administrator [REDACTED] in order to preserve humanity in the event of a WK-Class end-of-the-earth Scenario. The project makes use of the newly created Einstein-Rosen bridge engine to allow genetic material - or full humans - to reach one of [] contingency planets in order to reestablish society.
I know some of you think XK or WK is the end of the Foundation's commitment, but it's not. I know that many of you may think of this as us abandoning hope in humanity and earth, but the Phoenix must die in order for it to be reborn from the ashes.

For a situation involving the death of >90% of the human population
Stage one: Genetic material is to be selected from Site-67 deep storage vaults. The criteria for selection is to be chosen in accordance with document Phoenix-G-01 by human or AIC operators.
Stage two: The craft containing the Einstein-Rosen bridge drive is to be loaded with the selected material, 1-2 OVUS Cloning Stations, and the Phoenix AIC. The craft is to be set to jump towards the most viable contingency planet.
Stage three: The Phoenix AIC is to deposit the genetic material in a way most suitable for the creation of life. If none exist, the AIC may create up to 1,000 unique human clones to begin colonization.
Stage four: The craft and AIC is to be crashed and hidden in a viable location until humanity has progressed to the equivalent of the renaissance. After that point, the AIC may choose to reveal it's databanks to the new human race to accelerate technological progress and allow for the creation of the SCP Foundation.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in cryogenic stasis at Site-42 and is to be constantly monitored for any signs of activity. The liquid nitrogen in the cryogenic chamber is to be cycled at least once every 48 hours and a reserve of solid carbon dioxide is to be kept on-site in order to assist with containment. 4 Xyank/Anastasakos Constant Temporal Sinks are to be position around the entity and the liquid nitrogen reserves in order to prevent the degradation of the Higgs field surrounding the containment zone. No testing of the entity is allowed without authorization from the Site-42 Director and the O5 Council.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a manifestation of an unknown Temporal entity that can manipulate the affects of the Higgs field to an unknown extent. The manifestation - currently contained at Site-42 - takes a form similar to that of the Lion's Mane Jellyfish (Cyanea Capillata) with a deep purple color. The flagella attached around the base of the "head" of the entity do not appear to hold any function for the propulsion of the creature, instead they appear to house a highly complex neural network. Although sentient, the entity has not responded to any recorded attempts to communicate nor reacted to any exterior stimulus. The entity has three recorded activity states that influence the impact on the Higgs field: Inert, Active, and Very Active. The entity is indefinitely suspended in it's inert state via cryogenic stasis, in this state it cannot influence the Higgs field in any way. During it's Active and Very active states, the entity gains more and more influence over the Higgs field. During initial containment failures, the entity has shown a clear preference for a low level of the Higgs affect, enabling it to "glide" through space. It is presumed that due it's proximity to earth, if it is to lower the Higgs field below the acceptable manifold (87% of the average Higgs effect) the earth and surrounding space may start to fall apart, causing an XK-Class end-of-the-world-scenario. Communication attempts are still underway in order to prevent further containment breaches.
