Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a concrete containment cell with no security systems inside the cell, a single light that is connected to a different fuse box may be in the room. Any power the subject reacquires must come from a source not connected to any essential foundation equipment and cannot be connected to civilian power. Class-D personnel testing the subject must be checked for any electronic devices including the tracking tag, guards cannot have any unessential equipment with them unless it is absolutely necessary.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 1900's computer terminal that can be used to hack any source through power/electricity lines, the subject has been observed to be able to work itself. The subject uses a green screen and cannot be colored, the outer casing of the subject is made out of aluminium with stainless steel screws, it uses the standard 15V power cable and a small black keyboard. The subject was found in an abandoned research lab in Northern ██████ on █/██/2003, the lab was believed to be of ██████ origin. Previous uses of the subject have led to disastrous events such as the █/██/████ [DATA EXPUNGED] hack that led the █/██ disaster. Subject: SCP-XXXX
Procedure: SCP-XXXX will be tested on it't ability to bypass security systems and hack systems. D-4796 has a pacemaker and will be exposed to SCP-XXXX, also in the room D-4796 will place assorted electronic equipment which are: 2 cameras, a laptop & a electronically sealed box.
Results: D-4796 died after 30 seconds of SCP-XXXX being active. After a few minutes both of the cameras went dead. After 3 minutes the laptop went dead and after 5 minutes the box opened.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX is to be considered highly dangerous if it escapes or is stolen. After the retrival of the electronic items they were restarted, each of them had the same error code, Error Code XXXXsc9, this is assumed to be because of contact with SCP-XXXX. All the items were destroyed after they were checked.]
Addendum: SCP-XXXX is a high priority item, permission from the O5 council is being requested to change SCP-XXXX's security level from lv.2 to lv.3.

All attempts at interaction with SCP-0000 can only be authorized by written permission from Dr. W████. If containment of SCP-0000 is breached, full site quarantine is to be immediately enacted and all class A and B personnel are to be immediately evacuated.
Description: SCP-0000 is an artificial virus 'engineered' by the Alpha-Sigma Research Conglomerate for [REDACTED]. The virus appears to only infect members of the homo sapiens family and has displayed a 99% fatality rate (the only exception to this being Test 06-12-03-3467). The virus operates by 'disassembling' the human atomic structure and causing many vital systems to rupture and cease functioning, all victims of SCP-0000 will have all remains (i.e. bones) eventually deconstructed as well. Since it's recovery from [REDACTED] by [DATA EXPUNGED] several tests have been undertaken by the foundation however it is still unknown how the virus operates or how to neutralize it. After intense negotiations with A-ΣRC the foundation has managed to obtain a copy of the report of SCP-0000, or as it is referred to in the report "Project-CW03", however many important pieces of information of been redacted (A refers to their research division while Σ refers to their development division).

Special Containment Procedures: The building (Site XX) containing the consciousness of SCP-XXXX is to be kept surrounded by at least five (5) Scranton reality anchors at all times. The area from the Scranton reality anchors to the building is designated the 'Red Zone', no electronic device capable of sending/receiving SMS messages is to be allowed within 10 meters of the Red Zone. A standard cover story is to be produced by guard personnel when asked about the nature of the facility/activities. All personnel leaving the site are to be kept in 24 hour quarantine and undergo psychological examinations. No testing of SCP-XXXX is allowed unless full permission from the Ethics Committee and Dr. Jones is given.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the consciousness of Clarissa Nealy who was executed by [REDACTED] for capital murder. SCP-XXXX spreads through a text message sent through messaging services, anyone who reads the message has a limited time to post the message again to somebody else. If a reader does not post the message again, SCP-XXXX will gain a physical form and hunt down the reader. Unless the message is read, SCP-XXXX does not have a physical form and exists only as a spiritual being residing within Site XX and can be kept from gaining a physical form by the presence of Scranton reality anchors. The message and it's copies are currently being tracked and deleted by MTF Kappa-10, although it is predicted that over 100 copies of the message still remain. Whenever a message is read, SCP-XXXX is observed to attempt to break free of the reality anchors. During this phase, anyone in the vicinity of Site XX experiences hallucinations with many interviewed personnel describing being locked inside cages, electrocuted, and most often being cut open by knives and being left to bleed out. Several failures of the reality anchors have lead to escapes of SCP-XXXX, but it has always returned to the facility regardless of the state of the reality anchors or similar. It is suspected by Dr. Jones, the leader of the Psionics division of the Science Department, that if the building or the supposed execution chamber were to be destroyed, SCP-XXXX would not be able to be contained nor would it return if it escaped.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a large sheet of black metal that is resistant to all forms of corrosion. The anomaly has been used in the past to counteract the effects of SCP-106. The anomaly was discovered during a recovery event of SCP-███ as a fragment of a meteorite. The anomaly was first shaped as a lump of black metal with similar characteristics as iron. The anomaly was melted using an industrial furnace. The anomaly was tested when used to halt a containment breach by SCP-106 on ██/██/████. SCP-XXXX shares similar propriety to obsidian, however SCP-106 has the ability to corrode obsidian. More fragments of the meteorite are being searched for by MTF. If any non-foundation personnel come in contact with the object, members from MTF Iota-10 must contact them and extract the anomaly from the civilian and place it in foundation care. If any foundation personnel come in possession of a sample of SCP-2402, it must be immediately turned over or the member risks termination.
Note: Any unauthorized personnel attempting to access the subject will risk termination.
Warning for Security: According to information given by MTF Delta-3, SCP-XXXX is under watch of Chaos Insurgency units. The foundation is trying to deal with the threat but extreme caution is advised.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a fiberglass thermos locked in a radiaton proof containment room 1 meter thick with lead linings at every 5 centemeters in the wall. Class-D personnel exposed to or testing the anomaly must be locked in a C class biohazard containment cell that is checked weekly for cracks.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a glass test tube filled with a chemical gas. The gas is white with multiple streaks of different colours and has a strong scent of flesh decay. The item was retrived after several reports of strange behaviour from people who visited the old Nuclear Lab at [DATA EXPUNGED]. A small force was sent out to investigate, only one made it back with the SCP. The SCP has been reported to have the following side effects:
1. Retropharyngeal abscess making it hard for the victim to breath
2. Rash over the face and torso
3. Increased adrenelin production giving the victim the ability to withstand most injuries
4. Blood loss through coughing giving the victim a guant, hungry look
5. Lacerations across the face and torso
6. Contusions across the body giving the victim a bruised look
7. Amnesia causing the victim to erase all brian functions but their primal instincts (Kill or be Killed)
8. A hormone is released giving the victim the ability to survive for days without food or water
At the moment there is no know cure for SCP-XXXX and all Class-D personnel exposed to the anomaly have either died or have been terminated. Becuase of possible civillian exposure, Mobile Task Forces are still combing the area around the lab discreetly for any more victims.

SCP-XXX can be fed any types of raw meat as substance, the substance is to be delivered once a day at changing times. The platforms the substance is delivered from must be at least 7 10 meters above the tank and the substance is to be delivered from changing platforms. Class-D personnel testing the anomaly must have a standard oxygen tanks and diving masks No Class-D personnel testing should be conducted unless directed. Four guards are to be posted at the north, south, east and west sides of the tank.
Description: SCP-XXXX is closely related to Rhincodon Typus, the anomaly is 12.5 meters long and has four insect-like mandibles on the sides of the jaw. The anomaly is slim and is white in colouring with a shark-like face. The anomaly was found in the North Atlantic during the cold war. It was detected by the USS Dallas and mistaken for a whale. During analysis of the sound, Agent ███████ reported the sound to MTF Gamma-6 who looked into it and found the subject. After several incidents including fatalities for several foundation personnel, testing of SCP-XXXX was halted until further notice. Addendum: SCP-XXXX-1 is a small, scale shaped anomaly believed to be produced when SCP-XXXX sheds scales. The anomaly has been used to attack several feeding and testing attempts by Class-D personnel. Because of this, feeding platforms are now higher and the meat is wrapped to mask the scent.

Testing of the entity must be monitored at all times by no less than three(3) guards armed with fully automatic rifles and is to be recorded and sent to the research department for analysis post-test. In the event of a containment breach involving entities made up of non-organic matter, Emergency Containment Procedure MO-2 must be undertaken by guards in the area.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a small orb made up of unknown elements, the entity has some degree of sentience as it is seen to react when un-organic matter is brought within a five(5) meter vicinity of it. The orb pulsates between a red and black glow and occasionally flashes yellow in no seen pattern. The orb has the ability to absorb matter and form an exo-skeleton of sorts that varies in shape and size with no seen preference or pattern. The object was found by the American 501st Tactical Missile Wing after it was observed to be manipulating an aircraft and was fired upon. The exo-skeleton appears to be immune to most natural effects (i.e. fire, freezing, exposure to elements) and the most effective weapon against it appears to be fully automatic weapons. After observation by the Research department, it has been noted that the changes in the color of the object may be some form of communication and further studies are being undertaken.
Emergency Containment Procedure MO-2 is in relation to the destruction of subjects who have the ability to absorb organic/non-organic matter. MO-2 is in reference to class 2(Euclid) entities. If Emergency Containment Procedure MO-2 is to be executed, all Euclid-class entities at the containment facility must be terminated or moved to heavy containment cells.

Regular samples are to be relinquished to research groups specified in addendum. If individuals are discovered to have symptoms of SCP-XXXX, they are to be immediately put under quarantine for further examination.
Description: SCP-XXXX, or Enzyme-66, is a recently discovered biological anomaly seen to be present in 1 in every 1 billion human beings, no cases of non-human carriers have been discovered as of yet. Discovered during the blood testing of a Russian individual (Name unspecified), Enzyme-66 has the following symptoms: Increase in blood acidity (pH 7.5 to approximately pH 5.7), change in oxygenated blood-cell color (Observed cases have been seen to go rust-color), drastic increases in adrenaline production, change in iris colour (Usually a darker shade of normal colour) & doubled or tripled brain processing speed. Since initial discovey there have only been 8 cases, no pattern has been observed between patient zero and other patients. The existance of Enzyme-66 is public knowladge and shows promise in the development of medicine for anaphyliactic-shock patients. Enzyme-XXXX has no way of spreading between patients Ezyme-66 has been seen to transfer via blood to blood contact2.
