Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4368 is to be contained behind an approximately five metter tall barbed wire fence within a 5 kilometer radius of its land mass which is to be patrolled by armed security. All roads leading to SCP4368 are to be destroyed or rerouted to avoid the area of SCP-4368 coming no closer then 8 kilometres of SCP-4368. All personal entering SCP-4368 for the purposes of research must be accompanied by armed security and may only enter with express permsion of the director of Area 1124.
Area 1124 is to be constructed on the edge of the fence containing SCP-4368 with the facility acting as the only entrance in or out of the area containing SCP-4368 and to support research into SCP-4368 and it's anomalous effects. Any dead biological material found within SCP-4368 is to be incinerated immediately upon discovery and any living entities found with in are to be terminated on sight and brought to the confines of Area 1124 for examination.
Description: SCP-4368 is the Midwestern town of Green Meadows in █████████ USA. SCP-4368 possess the anomolus effect of producing localized weather affects including: a thick fog, strong rain fall, and light snow fall. SCP-4368 also possesses the effect of producing organic lifeforms. Research into SCP-4368 has determined that multiple anomolus weather effects can occur at once, and the weather effects are nessissary for the other anomolus effects to take affect. Further research has determined the entities produced by SCP-4368 are unique to each individual in the affected area, and are produced based upon the psyche of the individual.
SCP-4368 was first brought to the attention of the foundation in 20██ after a series of unsolved disapearances were conceted to the town. The Foundation sent in an undercover field researcher team on [DATA EXPUNGED] at 14:00 to investigate the possibility of the town having anomalous properties. At 14:15 the research team reported an intense fog becoming present despite the weather conditons in the area preventing such a possibility. At 14:30 all contact with the research team was lost, resulting in the classification of Green Meadows as SCP-4368. Four months later on [DATA EXPUNGED] the foundation deployed Mobile Task Force Phi-9 "Phantoms" lead by Commander Manson to investigate and secure the location for the Foundation.
