Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in reinforced plexiglass in a suspended 2m x 2m x 2m reinforced titanium cube. The cube is to be suspended at least 5 meters above the ground. The 10m standard plastic tub under the cube is to be filled with NH3 (Ammonium hydroxide).
All four of the suspenders are to be fitted with the release mechanism. The suspenders are to be released if SCP-XXXX is attempting to breach containment. The tub filled with NH3 is to be tested daily basis. If any changes to the chemical base are detected, inform Dr.[REDACTED] and the tub is to be drained and replaced with a new NH3 solution by single D-Class individual.
In a total of four (4) armed level 3 personnel is to be posted inside the containment chamber. The other two (2) armed level 3 personnel are to be posted by the entrance. No personnel may enter without approval by level 4 personnel and Dr. [REDACTED].
Description: SCP-XXXX is a gelatinous semi-transparent blue sphere-shaped object, approximately measuring around 7.62cm which is believed to be SCP-XXXX’s dormant state. The form will change upon object's will and form the being with four (4) pointed limbs. SCP-XXXX is 30cm tall. The object is very violent and can kill by puncturing and grating vital internal organs, SCP-XXXX is incredibly fast, reaching speeds of over 200 km/h. Any attempt at communicating with SCP-XXXX has failed.
SCP-XXXX can be temporarily disabled by immersing the object in the NH3 solution. The object will return to its dormant state after being immersed. Any changes in behavior and state must be informed to Dr. [REDACTED]. Any experimentation must be approved by at least one (1) 05 council. Any personnel failing to follow special containment procedures is to be executed immediately.
Addendum:
Incident XXXX-1:
The object breached containment during the draining of the NH3 solution. One (1) D Class D individual has been killed due to punctured heart, six (6) Security personnel has been killed due to various reasons. Over [REDACTED] personnel have been killed. The object successfully recontained by MTF Agent [REDACTED].
