SCP - XXXX is a memetic phenomenon which manifests on mentally damaged, traumatic, and abused persons. Supposedly, feeling compassion towards a suffering person(s). Although it unknown whether SCP - XXXX is sentient, as it is memetic hazard. Supposedly manifesting a physical form in another dimension in order to implement physical changes on victims. Upon birth of the victim, SCP - XXXX suspectedly 'predicts' the trauma, mental challenges, and abusive challenges the victim will experience, either in adolescence, childhood, or maturation. SCP - XXXX provides the victim with an altered genetic coding. All previous genes are generally intact, SCP - XXXX transfigures the physical and intelligence codes of all victims, to provide them with more intelligent and physical capabilities.

Upon every transfiguration, SCP - XXXX inserts a special genetic structural change which enables the victim to reprise against Cognito, Memetic, Info, and other hazards. Providing a special ability which triggers upon a difficult time in the life of the victim. This trigger is caused by extreme physical, emotional and internal challenges. When triggered, the victim immediately gains extraordinary physical and intelligence skill to add on to the already capabilities. When these capabilities are merged, a ability forms which varies throughout victims depending on the challenge they face. All abilities have been so far, strategically, physically, and internally been a benefit for the foundation. As all victims have been housed at Site-██.

However, SCP - XXXX also inserts a dangerous mental and physical reaction in victims who receive the genetic change. Most victims die within 2-3 months after inheritance, due to low/average immunity and/or immune reaction towards the genetic change. All victims who are currently alive, were reported to have high immunity, however still facing slight trauma and mental challenges. All victims are currently undergoing psychological training.

Several victims of SCP - XXXX have maintained their abilities extraordinarily. All of these have been classified Level 4 + Agents, due to their extreme help in rapid containment, cognitohazards, memetic hazards, and hostile GoI enforcement.
