Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4███ is to only be talked about in numbers numerologically equivalent to 4. If necessary, numbers will be written in the Four 4s problem, as by the O$(4×4+4)/4$ council. Testing must only be done on D-Class with numbers numerologically equivalent to 4.

Description: SCP-4███ refers to the designation itself. When used 40 times in a day, whether in speech or writing, SCP-4███ will affect the speaker or writer to only talk in numbers numerologically equivalent to 4. That is, numbers that are equivalent to 4 in a modulo $4+4+4/4$ system¹. Note that negative numbers will be accepted if their absolute value is equivalent to 4. For example, -4 will be accepted while -$(4×4+4)/4$ will not. Non-whole numbers will take the modulo of all their digits or, if not possible, the first 4 digits after the decimal place added together. If numbers not numerologically equivalent to 4 is spoken or written about it, it will affect everyone a 4m radius to the speaker or writer. Equations can be used to represent numbers, but only when it only uses the number four and exactly four times.

Discovery: When The Great Hippo submitted an article under the name SCP-4███, he found himself solely using numbers numerologically equivalent to 4. It wasn't until Dr Varaxous noticed the pattern and sent The Great Hippo to a mathematical evaluation.

1. A modulo system is a number system that loops back to $4/4-4+4$. For example, mod(373,4)=$4/4-4+4$ since 373=$4!×4-4!/4!!$*4+$4/4-4+4$. Note that the equation 4!×4-4!/4!! uses the factorial and double factorial functions where n!=n(n-$4/4-4+4$)(n-$4/4+4/4$)(n-$(4+4+4)/4$… and n!!=n(n-$4/4+4/4$)(n-4)(n-$4+(4+4)/4$)…
