Special Containment Procedures:

SCP to be contained in one (1) 6x6 containment chamber with a bed, a chair, a bath, and a toilet. The subject must be kept on the bed in a 4-point restraint at all times, except to use the toilet or bathe. The restraint must be loosened every hour, alternating between points in order to allow the limbs to stretch. Subject must be bathed once daily, and must be assisted in doing so. Assistance is also required when using the toilet.

Subject may request additional items, although these must at first be approved by the psychiatrist, Dr [REDACTED]. Dr [REDACTED] to visit once a day to check on the subject, and routine checks and cleaning must be conducted by staff.
