Special Containment Procedures: Subject is currently contained in a 12m x 6m x 3m (LWH) room located high in the mountains of █████ ███████ for two purposes; it is theorised a lack of oxygen may impair subjects abilities, although tests have not been conclusive and have resulted in dozens of deaths to Class D and E Personnel. The secondary purpose for this is that the room itself is a fully functional, automated orbital vehicle. This is so that should subject discover a way to escape, it can be launched into the vacuum of space and put down in an irreversible manner (Or "Spaced")
Containment room Current furnishings include
► Custom queen size bed frame made of custom made Polyvinyl Chloride tubing, fitted with 1x pillow top queen size mattress, 6x pillows of varying size, make and manufacturer, 1x fitted sheet and 1x queen size quilt (Reffered to by subject as a "Doona"
► 1x two seater leather couch. Mid range, nothing fancy, manufacturer details not recorded, oversight deemed inconsequential
► 1x wall mounted TV with accompanying cable set top box.
► 1x 7.1 sound system, subject is given choice of manufacturer and quarterly update.
► 3x wall mounted picture frames of varying nature scenes
► 1x custom made small Dining room table, fitted with bench seats physically attached to table itself, with minimal movements for comfort purposes.
► 1x Air-gapped computer that subject uses for research purposes.
► 1x router to link computer to sound system and television
► 1x shower head with independently filled and sealed tank (NOTE: SEE ADDENDUM 1)
All room fittings (aside from bedding) are to be permanently affixed to a surface, with all fixtures fitted with sensors to prevent any attempts by subject to use these as weapons or for any purposes that may aid the subjects escape. The shower head is the only item in the room not fitted with these sensor devices, as water interferes with this particular sensor.
Subject is to be provided with basic clothing, on a wear once only basis with new clothing provided on a weekly basis each ██████ afternoon at █pm, with old clothing to be tested before being destroyed.
Both clothing and food is to be provided through a series of small, interconnected time release revolving doors, measuring 60cm wide by 20cm high. The room that provides access to this device requires security clearenace Level ████. As of ██/██/20██, this method of access is now the only access to subjects containment cell, and any other attempts at access are to be swiftly and lethally dealt with.
Description: There are precious few facts on this subject, almost everything documented about the subject are postulations and assumed facts from conversations with subject. Subject typically takes the form of one of 17 preferred humanoid appearances, and at present the sex, height, age and weight of the subject are all unknown. Despite refusal to give a name, subject claims to be a former free diver that has come into contact with a highly toxic substance of unknown origin whilst exploring a coral bed, and received these powers as a direct result. Subject has refused and resisted all attempts at study from outside sources, and to date has killed every person who has come into contact with it. The only living organism that has survived contact with subject is SCP-181. Subject has claimed to be 37 years old, but has displayed characteristics comparable to that of a pathological liar, so much of what it has claimed is taken more as reference rather than as fact, in particular what the staff members have to refer to as "The Origin Story". All staff members involved in the formation of this name have since been punished for lack of originality.
At present, subjects known exploits are as follows:
Subject appears capable of dissolving and breaking down concrete over time, the method used is unknown. Since confirmed, all future cells have been made out lightweight, highly acidic and heat resistant plastics, and is encased in a steel shell capable of quickly ejecting the roof of the steel shell should "Spacing" the subject become a necessity.
Subject appears capable of reshaping any and all items that weigh less than 10kg no matter how dense or complex, presumably through some form of telekinesis but no existing test is able to prove or disprove this.
Subject appears capable of killing any living thing via a presumably telekinetic ability. How the subject is capable of this is unknown. (NOTE: SEE ADDENDUM 2)
After the subject was threatened by a Class E staff member with starvation (NOTE: This was an idle threat, staff member has since been severely sanctioned for this) the subject itself has agreed to participate in research projects relating to marine based SCP's. At present it's research has been of minimal help, but it appears to keep it docile in comparison to earlier on it's containment cycle.
ADDENDUM 1: due to subjects repeated use as weapons (or projectile debris in the case of glass) shower screens have been removed and no plans to install new ones are to be made until further notice. Subject was refused new shower head for a month for the same reason, and after the smell became "horrific" in it's words, subject was told no replacement would be provided without assurances it would no longer be used as a weapon. Subject has not used the head as a weapon since, however it has on occasion been seen to disappear for infrequent periods of time before reappearing without warning. Staff members have concluded that the shape of the head would make for an ideal back scratching device with little else available in the room capable of providing this function1, and at this time have no better suggestions. These staff members positions were terminated as a result, and all other Staff members since have made no attempt to prove or disprove the theory.
ADDENDUM 2: A breakthrough by a Staff members has finally unearthed the first known fact about the subject: Subject is capable of it's shapeshifting via forming incredibly complex illusions. These range from the shapeshifty, to making an item appear that is not there or vice versa, creating detailed human projections independent of itself that move, talk, feel and appear human on all scanning devices other than infrared (which displays the form as virtually dead cold) right up to creating an illusion that fills it's entire containment cell.
EXPERIMENTS (ALL REFERENCES TO DATES AND TIMES HAVE BEEN STORED IN SEPERATE FILES AND ARE RESTRICTED TO LEVEL 5 ACCESS ONLY)
EXPERIMENT 1
Class B staff member has volunteered to be the first to engage with subject. Subject and staff member carry on conversation regarding it's origin, life, anecdotal tales and general interests. No part of the conversation was deemed fit for research purposes, as after approximately 213 minutes of interaction, the inside of room appeared to change entirely. Previous placid conversation scene disappeared to reveal Class B staff member deceased (and had been for some time, autopsy revealing death was likely a few minutes after entering the cell) with spine snapped and bent backwards over a chair with chest cavity perforated and splayed, ribs snapped to face almost directly vertically with no blood present on either the staff member or any object or part of the cell, subject not located. A few moments later, subject and staff member's missing blood were both revealed. Room appeared covered in blood, exact descriptions by observers vary but the mark of 30% of the room being covered was consistent. Subject was juggling several organs, and then proceeded to attempt to bounce these off the floor and then the wall in the same way one would bounce a ball. Subject was unsuccessful in all attempts.EXPERIMENT 2
Oxygen deprivation tests approved by A class staff members, to be carried out by D & E class staff members. Oxygen deprivation test commenced and deemed a success to begin with. 3x Class D & E personnel ordered to enter room. All 3 reluctantly entered. Subject hoarsely ordered personnel to exit or let it out. Personnel did not comply, and instantly disappeared upon refusal, causing senior staff members to lock down the facility. Hours later, subject got the attention of senior staff, and pointed to a blank space of floor. Subject waved it's hands over space as if it were performing a childrens magic trick, and revealed in this spot the terminated bodies of class D&E personnel who had entered the chamber. Autopsy's have revealed subject had used an unknown device or mechanism to explode subjects cranium from within.INCIDENT 1
Through the use of it's shapeshifting ability, subject had lured a young male staff member into the containment cell by taking up the form of an approximately 25yr old approximation of the staff members favorite female artist, Gwen Stefani, for the purposes of a sexual liaison. Safety protocols were inacted seconds after the unauthorized access was obtained which did not allow the subject or staffer to escape. Staff member's sexual liaison with the subjects approximation was observed by several staff. Upon completion, subject returned to a previously known state, labelled ███████ (by and large the state it uses when committing obscenely violent acts) and proceeded to forcibly impale male staff member with the use of it's hand and arm. Male staff member survived this impaling for roughly 90 seconds before death. Subject proceeded to tear the corpses spine from it's body and smashed it against observation window. Subject then forcibly tore the corpse into roughly a dozen pieces, tossing smaller pieces against the observation window with as much force as it could muster. Before it's plan for the larger pieces could be revealed, oxygen to room was reduced to minimal possible levels required for human survival. Male staffers corpse retrieved, cleaning utensils left for subject to use at it's discretion.
