Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a sterilized standard containment chamber with walls constructed of boron nitride.SCP-XXXX must be guarded by no less than two guards at all times. Any living being must not approach or have direct contact with SCP-XXXX. Before any personnel enters the room they must wear decontaminated hazmat suits.

Description: SCP-XXXX is currently located within Area-██.SCP-XXXX is a multicellular parasite that resembles a serpent with human-like skin. It looks like SCP-XXXX does not present any hearing, seeing or olfactory organs, only an oral cavity with triangular-shaped teeth, despite it not presenting a digestive system. SCP-XXXX has approximately a height of 20 centimeters, a length of 40 centimeters and a width of 13 centimeters.

SCP-XXXX can fuse with organisms or with organic matter. If the organism is smaller in width, height, and length compared to SCP-XXXX the organism will be eaten or absorbed by it, however, if the organism is bigger in width, height and length compared to SCP-XXXX, the organism will be lured by SCP-XXXX using psychic abilities. Once the organism is close enough, SCP-XXXX will bite the organism, injecting it with an unidentified substance, paralyzing it. Once the organism is fully paralyzed, SCP-XXXX will burrow in its chest. Once inside the subject, there are 5 stages that SCP-XXXX will go through the course of approximately 2 days:

• Stage 1: SCP-XXXX will create nerves that will connect with the subject's brain allowing for minor involuntary movement caused by SCP-XXXX.

• Stage 2: The subject enters in a vegetative-like state with little to no movement. It is believed that SCP-XXXX induces the minor movement.

• Stage 3: SCP-XXXX takes full control of the subject's body. From now on the subject will be called SCP-XXXX-2.

• Stage 4: SCP-XXXX-2 develops new organs or enhances the abilities of the present ones. Usually, it removes the hair for unknown reasons and it increases the size of the canines for better meat consumption.

• Stage 5: SCP-XXXX devolves SCP-XXXX-2's eyes, nose, ears, and reproductive system, removing them completely. The head flattens and becomes sharper, while the mouth becomes wider and the teeth become triangular-shaped. All the limbs of SCP-XXXX-2 end in five-fingered claws capable of breaking all the known materials except for boron nitride. During this final stage, SCP-XXXX-2 becomes highly agile.

It appears that SCP-XXXX can communicate while it is controlling SCP-XXXX-2 during stage 4, although communication during stage 5 is significantly more difficult. It appears that SCP-XXXX possesses humanlike intelligence.SCP-XXXX will attempt to terminate any living being in a 200-meter radius for its entertainment, even though SCP-XXXX-2's stomach is filled. Tests show that SCP-XXXX while controlling SCP-XXXX-2, uses echolocation to navigate through its environment.

After approximately 1 month, SCP-XXXX exits the body of SCP-XXXX-2, entering an inactive state for approximately 2 hours, after which it tries to find a new host.SCP-XXXX-2 appears to be dead, not showing any signs of movement or brain activity.

Several autopsies showed that SCP-XXXX-2 can produce or contain substances that aren't found in any known organism. Organs that contain and produce plasma have been found inside SCP-XXXX-2, as well as organs that can produce radioactive elements.

Addendum XXXX.A: Discovery

SCP-XXXX has been found by local fishermen in a frozen lake near Oymyakon(Оймяко́н) in Russia. The specimen was covered in a layer of ice with a width of approximately 6 centimeters.

Addendum XXXX.B: Pre-interview and post-interview procedures

Personnel must undergo decontamination procedures before attempting to enter SCP-XXXX's chamber. During SCP-XXXX-2's stage 4 development, the interviewer must be accompanied by at least one guard at all times. During SCP-XXXX-2's final stage, the interviewer must be accompanied by no less than 4 guards at all times.

After the interview has ended, the chamber's entrance will be guarded by no less than 6 guards. A movement towards the entrance of the chamber by SCP-XXXX will be considered an attempt to escape resulting in the immediate termination of SCP-XXXX-2 using 4 milligrams of carfentanil [DATA REDACTED]
