O514 incident

October 24, 1995 SCP-O514 was killed by another O5 Council, SCP-O514-2

when SCP-O514 and SCP-O514-2 were experimenting on SCP-682 to see if SCP-O514's capabilities would decrease the resilience of SCP-682 but yet SCP-O514 had forgotten to remove the acid from the room and so SCP-O514-2 proceded to attempt to pull SCP-O514 out killing SCP-O514 because of the dimensional rift that opened when two alternate versions of SCP-O514.
