Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-5045 is to be kept in a locked container at all times. When personnel must enter SCP- 5045 container for maintenance or research, it is advised that eye contact of up to 5 seconds is to be maintained at short intervals of time, time span of each interval is not specified, it is advised to keep SCP-5045 in sight ‘when you feel like someone is watching you’. While exiting container the door is to be relocked behind them. A staff member is advised to observe the SCP while any personnel is present within the container.
Description: Item SCP- A.K.A Ningyō mannequins are a series of 20 wooden mannequins numbered SCP-5045 1-20.
SCP-5045 1-10 resembling the body structure of a female human while SCP-504511-20 resembling a male humans. SCP-50451-10 are identical to each other, similarly SCP-5045 11-20 are identical to each other.
Origin of SCP are unknown, but the name Ningyō mannequins suggests its origin from the country of japan, further research is required. Upon examining SCP-5045 1 the following observations are produced.
Tools used for the creation -unknown. Material used of creation -unknown as achieving such complexity with wood with current technology is impossible, joints and digits of SCP allow the moment of SCP identical to an extremely flexible human body and beyond. SCP has hollow cavities in areas of human eyes, lower jaw, oral cavity, the abdomen region and the chest region,

experiment -1:subject D-758 was sent to the container currently holding SCP-. Subject was ordered to stay in the container and follow the instructions provided by Dr Ross
And report the observations.
Subject D-758 is an Asian male of age 37 height 5’7 and weight 68 kg
A communication link was provided to the subject and the doctor in the form of speaker and microphone.

(subject D-758 was escorted by a guard into the container, after the subject has entered the container the door was locked behind him)
Dr Ross: subject D-758, my name is DR Ross I will be giving you instructions and you are to follow as commanded.is that understood ?
** D-758:** I got a name you know, if it means il get out of this shit hole quicker, il do anything
Dr Ross:il take that as a yes, please seat yourself in the chair provided, and report what you observe in the room.
(subject proceeds to sit in the chair placed in the middle of the room)
** D-758:**there’s some weird dolls in here just spread all over the room, it a mess, the dolls look weird, never seen them before, but the look strangely familiar, I just noticed half of them look like chicks.
Dr Ross:chicks?
D-758:I meant girls, women, females, geez man .
Dr Ross:there is a magazine placed under your chair. Pease pick it up and read it, report when you observe any unusual activity
D-758:if you wanted someone to look in the room why don’t you just get some security cameras ? you didn’t even let me finish my lunch, its Wednesday, that means fried chicken day.
Dr Ross:I apologize for the inconvenience, any cameras placed in the room end up being destroyed due to brute force, that is why you were assigned to this task, you will be provided with your fried chicken after you finish you task, il let you know the fried chicken is delicious, please do look forward to it
(subject proceeds to pick the magazine up and read its contents)
D-758:you better keep you promise!
(around minutes have passed, subject observes a sound )
D-758:hey, hey! i heard something, it sounded like wood hitting against wood, you there ? hey !
Dr Ross:your observations have been noted, please continue reading and report further observations
(30 minutes have passed since the last observation, subject observes the sound again but for longer duration, and the sound stops when the subject looks in the direction of source)
D-758:I heard the sounds again, but this time one of the dolls moved,
Dr Ross:please continue reading and report any further observation
(sounds keep occurring in the room and disappearing when the subject looks. The dolls keep moving around the room at the end of each observation)
Dr Ross:D-758, the next time you observe a sound do not turn to look in the direction
D-758:are you crazy ? im not doing that
Dr Ross:D-758 let me remind you that you are to follow the instructions given to you, if you do not do as ordered you will be prohibited from having any fried chicken from here on with extension of you time serving here of Corse.
(subject observes the noise again and proceeds to stare at the magazine until he looks at the dolls)
Dr Ross:what happened D-758? Did you not follow as instructed ?
D-758:im sorry I didn’t mean to, it was impulsive, I couldn’t help it this time all of them moved at the same time the dolls don’t seem to move randomly anymore, they all came closer to where I am.
Dr Ross:proceed as instructed
(noise was once again observed by the subject, this time the subject didn’t look, after. A few seconds passed, the subject started screaming at the top of his lungs)
Dr Ross:what happened?, why are you screaming?, subject D-758 , pan ? pan jin ?
(the subject was repeatedly questioned by the doctor, no response was given besides the constant screaming, the screaming continued for the next few minutes and then stopped, after 30 minutes guards were sent in the container to report what happened)
Agent 46:Dr we are in the containment area, we found the subject he’s … oh god
( Agent proceeds to vomit )
Agent 73:Dr we found a body we are not sure if its subject D-758, the body appears to be missing a lot of organs.
Dr Ross:send the body for autopsy, and inform agent 46 that she is free to ask for a replacement for her current task is there anything else ?
Agent 73:yes sir, one of the dolls seem to have flesh on it its just placed on it, like some poorly fitted puzzle
Dr Ross:alright that is all we need from you we will let the autopsy teem handle I from here

autopsy report: [subject D-758 is missing many organs, mode of removal of organs appears to be through brute force with bare hands, the body is missing all of the skin, eyes, brain, all the teeth along with the lower jaw, the hair, external ears, external nose, fingernails and toenails, the digestive tract along with all the accessory organs, all internal glands all excretory system, the lungs, and genitals, all of the missing organs from the body are found loosely placed in the cavities and the surface of their respective areas in SCP- -17 ]
NOTE: SCP-5045-12 has been reported to be missing after the events of experiment 1. agents have been sent to track down the SCP but to no result. if and when the SCP is spotted agents are ordered to bring back the SCP to the facility holing the other SCP, if capture of SCP is not possible agents are ordered to terminate the SCP by any means necessary. security has been strengthened since the missing of SCP-5045-12.
