SCP-XXXX (WIP)
Special Containment Procedure: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a standard Euclid-class holding cell, with the vents completely removed from the walls to prevent circulation of any potential inorganic materials. The chamber must also have a thorough decontamination room just outside of the entrance to the chamber. SCP-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX-B, SCP-XXXX-C, and SCP-XXXX-D are all to be kept stationary and embedded in the floor of the chamber, clockwise in that exact order. They must also be turned exactly 90 degrees at each point, forming a square. None of SCP-XXXX are to be tilted or tampered with in any way, unless it is for testing by qualified Foundation personnel.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a series of four yellow stop signs that were originally discovered on a deserted road approximately 250 km from ████████, Nevada. The signs themselves show no signs of anomalous properties, other than the lack of any apparent degradation or signs of aging that would, under normal circumstances, be common. The anomalous property of these signs, designated SCP-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX-B, SCP-XXXX-C, and SCP-XXXX-D, exist in the form of the collective maintenance of an invisible spatial anomaly, classified as SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 transports any inorganic materials to an area where time appears to be non-existent. Any living creature having an inorganic substance come into direct contact with their body, including clothing of any kind, while entering SCP-XXXX-1 will also be instantaneously transported as well as the inorganic substance.1 As of yet, there is no known way for anyone who has been transported to return.
SCP-XXXX-1: SCP-XXXX-1 in an alternate, monochrome, dimension where both a sun and moon exist in the same sky. Both celestial bodies visually appear to be the same size as each other, yet are still far larger than their Earth counterparts. The environment of SCP-XXXX-1 is mostly flat, save for a large area of assorted objects (listed below), as well as a large mountain range that completely surrounds the area approximately 500 kilometers away from the primary arrival site. The ground of SCP-XXXX-1 is blackened, and most environmental features are indistinguishable from each other. The sky is also a light gray color, with a large black sun and moon sitting stationary in the sky at 49 degrees and 126 degrees respectively. No clouds or wind have been observed at any point within SCP-XXXX-1.
Any living creatures that have entered SCP-XXXX-1 will gradually have their perception of time decreased, as well as have their physical movements become slowed over time; also occurring to inanimate objects. This process occurs over the course of roughly 34 minutes, although this may somewhat vary based on the object's mass or weight. After this process is complete, the object remains completely frozen in place. Some objects have even been observed to stop while airborne, suspending them in midair. All attempts to forcefully move the objects has failed.
Once they become completely stopped, the object will then slowly begin to desaturate, losing any observable pigments they may have originally possessed. This process occurs to both inanimate objects as well as living creatures, although living creatures have been observed to desaturate far slower. This has been hypothesized to be due to their complex organic structure, but this has yet to be proven. Once an object has become frozen, it becomes completely immovable by any means. Also, due to the recorded temperature of their bodies, all frozen creatures are known to be alive and in a unique form of stasis, but are incapable of any thought or movement whatsoever.
