Item #: SCP-4128

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4128 is to be kept in a 20m x 20m x 20m chamber with a raised floor 15 cm off the ground at the 5 meters from the walls. The lowered level of the chamber is to be kept well maintained so that test subjects can't get infections. Due to the violent nature of SCP-4128's event trigger, the raised floor will help prevent further injury of personnel being tested. Female personnel are not to be near the chamber unless it is for testing purposes. When SCP-4128 is in its hardened state (hereby referred to as SCP-4128-1), it is to be temporarily be reclassified as a Safe object. Samples of SCP-4128-1 are automatically recontained after 8 hours, as long as a majority of its solid mass is still in the chamber. After testing, all test subjects are to be given fresh clothes and medical attention, in the case of bruising and injury.

Description: SCP-4128 is a white, viscous liquid adhesive that always retains the shape of a dome. Its anomalous properties only appear after making contact with a human organism.1 Upon contact,2
the object will expand, sticking to all organisms in 18m radius, then rise and thrash all organisms around for 2 hours. Clothed test subjects have all clothing removed, and the clothes seem to disappear until the event is over. Once the event is over, SCP-4128 will relinquish all subjects and harden. SCP-4128-1 has a hardness of 113 and is capable of effectively scratching diamond. Despite its hardness, it is very easy to cut through and feels like butter when cutting with a small pocket knife. Another anomalous effect of SCP-4128 is that any adult females caught in the event trigger (hereby referred to as SCP-4128-2) will become pregnant shortly after the event is over. The pregnancy usually lasts around 4 months, and an ultrasound reveals that the fetus (hereby referred to as SCP-4128-3) is severely deformed, and is highly underdeveloped at birth. SCP-4128-3 is stillborn and 0% of test results show that the fetus was ever alive. DNA analysis reveals the presence of ZW chromosomes; which are usually found in avians, along with typical XY chromosomes. An autopsy of SCP-4128-3 reveals that the internal organs are severely misshapen, and [REDACTED].
