Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5162 is to be contained in a soundproofed secure containment locker at a secure storage facility. Testing is to be authorized by Level 3 Personnel, and any testing is to strictly follow the correct procedure. Transport of SCP-5162 is to be performed by Level 2 personnel aware of SCP-5162's effects, and who perceives SCP-5162 as a non-dangerous , easily transportable item.
Description: SCP-5126 is an object that appears different to anyone or anything that perceives it. Anyone who perceives of SCP-5126 is dubbed SCP-5126-1, and any instance of SCP-5126-1's unique perception of SCP-5126 is dubbed SCP-5126-2. However the SCP-5126-2 is incapable of effecting the real world in any way, although it does appear to from the perspective of SCP-5126-1.
An instance of SCP-5126-2 is created when any being capable of sight visually interprets SCP-5126. This does not apply to any of the other sense known to living creatures. However, SCP-5126-2 is always possible to be perceived visually, audibly, tactally, olfactorally, gustatorally, electroreceptorally, echolocatorally and magnetically. However SCP-5126 is completely undetectable to electronic equipment. This anomalous attribute gets even stranger, since animals transmit their perception electrically through nerves, but this is completely uninhibited.
Once an instance of SCP-5126-2 is created, it is always in existence, and instances of SCP-5126-1 always perceive SCP-5126 to be the same thing. However, instances of SCP-5126-2 can be destroyed by amnecising SCP-5126-1 of their memory of their first visual perception of SCP-5126.
