Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be laminated and kept in Dr. Cadmium's office in the left drawer of his desk. Under no-conditions is he allowed to photocopy SCP-XXXX, or take photos of it on any mobile device without O5 approval.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a single sheet of A4 printer paper with the "upside-down" written on one side and "OCD" written on the other above a symbol of Dr. Cadmium's design.
It was recovered from Dr. Cadmium's office, after a D-Class he was interviewing alerted the foundation to the piece of paper.
SCP-XXXX is cognitohazard, no matter which way up the piece of paper is the text will always remain upside-down. This also goes for any text written by members of the foundation and anything written on it cannot be recorded in photocopies or images of SCP-XXXX.
After 2 hours of no new text being added to the sheet, it will revert back to its original condition.
Addendum:
Dr. Cadmium is now being investigated as it is believed he may have the ability to create incredibly powerful Cognitohazards.
