Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4533 is to be kept in a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m concrete cell with 2 security cameras installed in the room. A level 2 security personnel is required to inspect SCP-4533's monitoring centre every 2 weeks. Following Addendum 4533-A, SCP-4533 is to be kept in a 20 m x 5 m x 20 m concrete cell installed with a one-way iron door. 16 active motion sensors are to be installed in the room. A tracking device is to be attached to SCP-4533 at all times using two-part epoxy adhesive. Two level 3 security personnel is required to monitor SCP-4533 at all times. No later than the 10th of December, all members of the public affected by SCP-4533 are to be placed into SCP-4533's cell. All images of SCP-4533 are to be destroyed on sight. The 8/6/2001 "Garfield" comic is to be put out of circulation and removed from books, newspapers and photographs. Between the 21st of January to the 10th of December, 30-50 D-Class Personnel are to enter SCP-4533's cell to increase chances of containment. If SCP-4533 does not return by the 21th of January, 01:00 UTC, Field Agents will be dispatched to the tracking device's location. If SCP-4533's whereabouts are still unknown, Mobile Task Forces must be dispatched to retrieve and contain SCP-4533 and affected members of the public as soon as possible.

Description: SCP-4533 is a humanoid entity who is dressed in a polyester based costume resembling the fictional character "Odie" from the comic strip "Garfield" by Jim Davis. A brown paper bag is worn by SCP-4533. The appearance of SCP-4533 is connected to the "Garfield" comic strip of 8/6/2001 where "Odie" is also depicted with a paper bag on its head.

SCP-4533 inflicts a "mark for death" for anyone who views it or images of it. SCP-4533 will appear motionless in the duration of the 21st of January to the 10th of December. Between the 11th of December to the 20th of January, SCP-4533 will become active, it's most active point peaks on New Year's Day on the modern Gregorian calendar. When SCP-4533 is active, it is shown to teleport itself to the locations of "marked" personnel. This phenomenon is known as SCP-4533δ. SCP-4533 is recorded to kill marked personnel within 5 - 15 seconds of appearance by means of suffocation.

Addendum 4533-A: SCP-4533 disappeared from its cell on the ██/██/20██ at 22:18 UTC. 67 public sightings of SCP-4533 were made. Level 2 security personnel Ethan ██████ was found dead, SCP-4533 located 2.04 metres away from him. All 67 eyewitnesses were brought into containment.

Addendum 4533-B: A tracking device was installed on SCP-4533 on the ██/██/20██. It escaped from its cell on the ██/██/20██ at 05:27 UTC and returned on ██/██/20██ at 01:54 UTC. Tracking device displayed these locations.

24 hours after no further locations were logged, the tracking device was retrieved. No major damage was caused to the device. The tracking device appeared to have fallen off SCP-4533.

61 out of 67 previous eyewitnesses of SCP-4533 were killed by it. Remaining 6 in containment were later terminated.

Addendum 4533-C: Personnel D-18█ entered SCP-4533's cell with no necessities. D-18█ died of dehydration within 2.5 days. Upon SCP-4533's activation, D-18█ remains vanished from the room.

Addendum 4533-D: Personnel D-███ read the "Garfield" comic strip of 8/6/2001. Upon SCP-4533's activation, D-███ suffered audio and visual hallucinations for 60 minutes.
