Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4xxx is held in a standard cell outfitted to accommodate a male child. Certain toys such as plastic army men figures, stuffed animals, or LEGOs may be supplied upon request from 4xxx. 4xxx is permitted level-2 free-roaming rights between 0800 and 2000 hours, and is permitted access to the on-site cafeteria. If staff report that SCP-4xxx has an army of over 5,000 instances of SCP-4xxx-1 in it's following, 4xxx is to be asked by Foundation staff to please disband any excess instances, which 4xxx will do without resistance or reluctancy. All instances of SCP-4xxx-1 are to be disregarded by staff, as they appear to no longer be capable of social interaction with staff or most other SCPs. Interaction between 4xxx-1 instances and SCP-682 is strictly forbidden by the 05 council unless during a breach of 682's containment, during which 4xxx-1 instances are encouraged to be used as countermeasures against said breach.
Description: SCP-4xxx is a male child of mixed descent and fit, yet underweight build. 4xxx is approx. 8 years old, with an above-average IQ of around 160 and severe ADHD. 4xxx was discovered by Foundation personnel when he was less than six months old, after 4xxx's parents attempted to contact the police about 4xxx's anomalous abilities. The Foundation intercepted the call, and promptly took 4xxx into custody on ██/██/1997.
4xxx's anomalous abilities manifest when he comes into contact with any inanimate object resembling a human, humanoid, or animal. Upon physical interaction with said object, it gains sentience and movement, and becomes an instance of SCP-4xxx-1. 4xxx-1 instances have been shown to be indestructible unless purposefully killed by another instance of 4xxx-1, and all regard 4xxx as the "General", claiming that they are part of his army. 4xxx will regularly use large numbers of 4xxx-1 instances, usually in the hundreds or thousands range, to play war games or March through the site hallways. 4xxx is also capable of returning 4xxx-1 instances to their inanimate state by verbally telling them that they are "off duty" and can "go back home".
4xxx also has a pair of wooden swords that seem to have no anomalous properties, but are simply used as weapons during games and to direct 4xxx-1 instances in "combat". One most noticeable instance of 4xxx-1 is a plastic mannequin almost identical in height and build to 4xxx and capable of speech, known as 4xxx-1a. 4xxx-1a is referred to by 4xxx as "General Copycat" and wields the second of 4xxx's wooden swords.

Incident Log 4xxx-06(DATE ██/██/2003): SCP-4xxx entered the cafeteria at 1146 hours with 2,000 instances of 4xxx-1 following it. After a few seconds of 4xxx and it's soldiers positioning themselves around and on top of several different tables, 4xxx-1a appeared at the opposite end of the cafeteria with another 2,000 4xxx-1 soldiers. After they positioned themselves both 4xxx and 4xxx-1a shouted to their armies, telling them to "Attack without mercy!" For the next 2 1/2 hours, staff watched as the two armies fought throughout the cafeteria as well as some adjacent hallways, ending in 4xxx-1a surrendering to 4xxx. Cafeteria staff were left slightly annoyed afterwards.
Incident Log 4xxx-11(DATE ██/██/2004): SCP-4xxx was reportedly parading through the hallways with around 4,500 instances of 4xxx-1 when it came across the ajar door into SCP-682's observation room, which was attached to it's cell by another door inside. 4xxx and it's soldiers pros to climb into the observation room and up to the control board, using the microphone to communicate with SCP-682(audio log transcript provided below).
4xxx: Hello? Who's in there?
682: *audibly displeased* I thought you were done trying to talk to me, Sturre.
4xxx: Who's Sturre? Wait a minute! *papers shuffling* Why is your skull out in this picture?
682: …What?
4xxx: You're… SCP-682, right? That's what these papers on the desk say.
682: *sounding confused* Who are you? And why do you sound revolting…
4xxx: I'm an SCP like you! What are your powers? Oh, wait, i think it says here… Hard to kill… Uh… Wait… Hatred towards humanity? You want to kill people?
682: *growling, or possibly chuckling*
4xxx: Then you're a bad guy! Prepare yourself, fiend! Men! to the door!!
682: *very confused* What?
4xxx: Alright men, you heard what those papers said! Use everything you have!
*sound of 682's cell door opening*
4xxx: CHARGE!!
*4xxx-1 instances can be heard screaming as they charge into 682's cell. Sound of 682 roaring is almost overpowered by the sound of planes, gunfire, and even bombs exploding*
682: WHY WON'T THEY DIE?! *more gunfire and explosions are heard* MERCY! MERCY!!!
4xxx: Alright boys, I think he's had enough! Everyone back out!
*sound of 682's cell door closing just as site guards arrive to investigate noises*
Guard: What the hell is this kid doing in here?! Get him outta here and back to his cell, NOW!
682: *breathing heavily* Keep that… Thing… Away from me…!
Note: Dr. Sturre has been demoted for leaving the door into the observation room hanging open. 682 has apparently become afraid of 4xxx and 4xxx-1 instances. Examination by guards immediately present afterward reveals that due to 4xxx-1 instances being indestructible, they kept attacking 682 at a rate that prevented him from regenerating until 4xxx called them back. Let me remind everyone that this could have gone several times worse, and that we basically got lucky this time. Even still, I wish there was video of this crap!
Incident Log 4xxx-13(DATE██/██/2005): During a containment breach of SCP-682, around 1,200 4xxx-1 instances were wandering through the halls when they ran into 682. Immediately, 682 began chasing down the army of 4xxx-1 soldiers, before they eventually led 682 to SCP-4xxx and 3,000 other 4xxx-1 soldiers. Before 4xxx's soldiers could start attacking, 682 slammed it's tail into 4xxx, sending him flying into a wall. Site guards arrived to find 682 running back to it's containment cell, bleeding profusely, while being chased down by 2,500 4xxx-1 soldiers, while the remaining 1,700 instances were standing around 4xxx as he struggled to sit up, visibly bleeding from the spot where he was hit by 682. 4xxx was rushed to the infirmary, where he was left alone while foundation personnel tried to contain other SCP's let loose by 682's path of destruction. Video surveillance of 4xxx's infirmary room show SCP-4999 appearing next to him, offering him a lollipop before 4xxx died approx. 8 minutes later.
Since incident 4xxx-15, the 4,700 instances of SCP-4xxx-1 have been completely unresponsive to attempts at social interaction by staff of most other SCPs, appearing to be depressed. Likewise, when 4xxx-1 instances have come into contact with SCP-682, they enter a rage-state and immediately attack 682 relentlessly. SCP-4xxx's remains are buried outside Site-██, and his grave site is surrounded by at least 350 instances of 4xxx-1 as well as 4xxx-1a at all times, which appear to be grieving when observed.
