Special Containment Procedures: Upon capture of SCP-XXXX, immediate inaction of PROTOCOL-DELTA11 is required. The transportation vehicle is to be a specially outfitted¹ prisoner transport vehicle escorted by no less than 2 armored vehicles (also specially designed). Sniper teams positioned strategically along rout to the facility. Upon arrival to the facility, SCP-XXXX is to be immediately transferred to a 10x10x10 cell with basic amenities. The lock to the door of the cell is to be completely mechanical. The cell is to be fully enclosed in lead. To monitor the being a closed circuit camera system will be used. 10cm thick one way bullet proof glass will be positioned in the top 16cm of the cell walls, with 24/7 monitoring by no less than 8 security guards. Although the data was never leaked to the public, it still contains highly sensitive information including but not limited to the whereabouts of multiple SCPs, along with information relating to SCP Sites.

This breach was largely believed to be orchestrated by SCP-XXXX - Public Name [REDACTED] - otherwise known as "JCole". The entity is highly knowledgeable, with an estimated IQ upwards of 200. It is unknown as of ██/██/████ what XXXX can fully achieve, but currently it is known that SCP-XXXX is effectively omniscient, with ability to plainly disappear from all surveillance.
