Description: SCP-XXXX is an amphibious quadruped approximately 1m in length, possessing humanoid facial features, green skin and webbed and feet with long nails at the ends of its toes, of which it has five on each foot. Without Foundation interference, SCP-XXXX will appear in natural water sources near the coast of the Fukushima prefecture in the Tōhoku region of Japan seemingly at random, and without observable travel through our dimension.

SCP-XXXX is known to be several thousand years old and is suspected to be the origin of the Kappa, a creature of similar physical features from Japanese folklore.
