Fourth loiter call and I can't understand a thing the woman was saying. I might have to call Mavis. They just throw em in the cells too since they don't have anywhere else to be and they can't just be on the street. Usually I'd say something but I think this actually helps me.

10pm:
Was down at the cells, just got off the phone with Mavis:
No paranoia (I think)
No psychosis
No (vocabulary I don't know)
She doesn't think it's schizophrenia. Guess I have something to do after all. Next call is mine.

5/25 2pm:
Call of incoherent man outside a floral shop. I'm headed to check it out.

2:30:
He is ranting about money I think.
"Bill tells might almost peas fell"
"Dollar fell peas almost not hazy peas"
Stuff like this.
I skipped the police jumbo. Slipped him an amnestic, Class B, and notified Dr.{noname}. Hopefully they do something. Not my problem regardless.
