The following is the Transcript of "Your Fun New Home! Featuring SCiP The Containment Dog"; a short orientation film created by the foundation in 19██ for the purpose of introducing sapient anomalies that identify as children to the Foundation.
*The Foundation insignia is present in the center of the screen as an upbeat song plays in the background. As the music begins to swell The title of the film appears in the foreground. A narrator reads "Your Fun New Home! Featuring SCiP The Containment Dog." The title fades away and SCiP, an animated sheepdog with several anomalous traits1, rises from the lower left side of the screen.*
SCiP: Hiya kids, I'm SCiP, your foundation puppy pal! Today I'm going to tell you about the most fun place in the whole world: Camp Foundation!
*SCiP pauses momentarily as a stock cheering sound effect plays*
SCiP: Camp Foundation is a place for Special kids, and you are a very Special kid. Maybe you have superpowers and can do things with your mind. Maybe you have a friend that only you can see. Maybe you made your mommy and daddy go away. No matter the reason, you're a Special kid. And Special kids deserve a Special home!
*short clips of anomalous childlike entities participating in enrichment actives began to cycle in the background as SCiP continues talking*
SCiP: Other people may make fun of your Special trait, but not us! Here at Foundation Camp, we Love you for your special trait! At Foundation Camp, there are no chores! You can learn and play all day long! If you behave really well, We'll even let you meet other kids who are Special, just like you! Another fun thing about living here is that you get…
*SCiP leans in towards the audience and begins to whisper*
SCiP: …a super secret code name! From now on, everybody is going to call you by this name. your codename lets the nice people here at camp keep track of you.
*SCiP returns to his original tone and transitions into the next topic. A cartoon depiction of a Foundation researcher appears next to him and begins waving.*
SCiP: Speaking of the nice people who work here, sometimes you'll be visited by the friendly Researchers. Their job is to give you check-ups so that they can learn about what makes you Special. These check-ups are for your own good and you should always do whatever the researchers say.
*The researcher disappears from view as we zoom in on SCiP, who begins to talk more soothingly.*
SCiP: Sometimes, a scary alarm will go off and you'll hear somebody on the speaker system say "Warning: containment breach". All this means is one of our friends is being naughty. when this happens, stay calm and wait for us to make our friend feel better. Stay in your room and remember you're perfectly safe. Nobody has ever gotten hurt in a containment breach.
