Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5138-B is to be contained in a steel reinforced cell within a Foundation owned industrial building, designated Site 5138. No verbal or visual contact is to be made with the contents of the cell. No unauthorized human entities are allowed within a vicinity of 2 km of the containment area, with armed guards maintaining a constant perimeter around the object. Any trespassers are to be detained and amnesticised. Necessities, medical procedures, and basic amenities will be provided to SCP-5138-B through Thaumiel object [REDACTED].
Description: Designation SCP-5138 refers to a pair of anomalous objects. The first object, hereby known as SCP-5138-A is [REDACTED]. The second object, hereby known as SCP-5138-B, is a singular human entity, known to be affected by SCP-5138-A. No more than one instance of SCP-5138-B may exist at one time, and the transmission of SCP-5138-A’s effect to a new human entity results in [REDACTED] of the previous instance of SCP-5138-B.
No attempts to describe, explain, or research SCP-5138-A’s effect(s) are to be made, in order to prevent the creation of a new instance of SCP-5138-B. No human contact is to be made with SCP-5138-B, in order to prevent the creation of a new instance of SCP-5138-B. Any and all information regarding the identity of SCP-5138-B is to be wiped from any and all physical and digital databases, in order to prevent the creation of a new instance of SCP-5138-B.

Addendum-5038-1: Incident SK5138
On ██/██/████, an intrusion effort was made by members of an underground Proto-Sarkic church, in which a force of fifty-seven (57) human entities attempted to encroach on the site containing SCP-5138-B. By authorization of Officer K█████, Squad Beta-9 was given lethal force authorization, resulting in the termination of forty-three (43) human entities. The remaining 14 closed in on Beta-9 and detonated concealed explosives, terminating Officer K█████, Squad Beta-9, and six (6) additional human entities.
When reinforcements arrived at the scene, the containment cell holding the previous instance of SCP-5138-B had been breached. Three (3) of the Sarkic church members, as well as what was assumed to be the previous instance of SCP-5138-B, were found to be [REDACTED]. The last remaining human entity was subsequently identified as SCP-5138-B, amnesticized, and placed into containment.
Following this event, all site guards were amnesticized and relocated.
All site Officers are to withhold all information regarding Incident SK5138 from unauthorized personnel, by threat of termination.
Due to the nature of SCP-5138, no research into a potential correlation between the Sarkic Cults and SCP-5138 is to be made, in order to prevent the creation of a new instance of SCP-5138-B.
