Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 must be contained in a liquid devoid room, before being placed within this room the entity must be dehydrated completely. Personnel entering the containment room must not come in contact with the entity.
Description: SCP-5000 is an unknown entity possessing the form of a blue foam raft, the model is an ███████ ████ ██████ however the anomaly possesses the strange characteristic of trapping any living being on it's physical form, once a living creature makes contact with the entity, the creature that was trapped will begin to fear any form of liquid around it, if the creature that was trapped comes in contact with liquid the raft entity will immediately kill said creature, around 5 seconds later the creature will be revived through means not known to science and drawn by an invisible force back to the raft and pulled back on, the cycle will repeat until the raft is brought onto dry land, when it is brought onto dry land the raft will release the creature until further liquid is put on the entity/raft. The entity was originally discovered by [REDACTED] on █████████ ████ ███ █████ the Entity was later brought to the SCP Foundation when reports of strange behavior from [REDACTED]'s parents reached the Foundation.
