"I cannot be killed."

Item #: SCP-4233

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4233 is to be kept in a two-room cell furnished with whatever SCP-105 requests, as long as such requests do not violate any standard SCP procedure. Subject is allowed to freely wander the facility, with the condition of wearing a tracking device, but is not allowed within one hundred meters of a higher-risk SCP object without direct supervision.

SCP-4233 is currently housed in Site-17 and allowed Class 3 socialization privileges with approved site personnel, granted based on continued good behavior and cooperation with Foundation personnel.

Description: SCP-4233 is a young adult Caucasian male, identifying himself as "Johnathan Sinclair". Records indicate that SCP-4233 was born in ████, making him ██ years old at the time of acquisition. He is 2.0 meters tall and weighs 70.3 kg. He does not appear to have any unordinary physical characteristics and appears to be, for all intents and purposes, a normal human being.

SCP-4233 seems to possess a regenerative ability greater than other humanoids SCPs. This ability can heal SCP-4233 from injuries that would kill normal humans. Skeletal fractures have been observed to heal faster than those of a normal human, but slower than the internal organs. The damaged or missing organs will regrow and become fully healthy and functioning within minutes from the initial removal.

SCP-4233's ability, however, cannot heal injuries that were accidental.

During initial tests, SCP-4233's ability healed small incisions made by the staff on his arms. However, an incision inflicted to SCP-2433 by the staff accidentally was not healed.
Any injuries that SCP-4233 receives will heal, only if the party involved in inflicting the injury intends to hurt SCP-4233.
Attempts to create accidental injuries have resulted in failure.

Appendix 1: Excerpt from Interview Log 4233-12-1943, dated ██/██/████

<Begin Log>

Dr. ████████ : Can you please describe your ability?

SCP-4233: It allows me to heal. It allows me to recover if I die.

Dr. ████████ : That's a bold statement.

SCP-4233: I would've thought so myself if it didn't happen to me.

Dr. ████████ : What do you mean?

SCP-4233: The first time I discovered what I could do, I was 10. I was alone at home. Come midnight, I discovered a burglar in the house. He chocked me to death.

Dr. ████████ : Can you describe how was it? Dying?

SCP-4233: Imagine not being able to move your body. Your vision slowly turns to black, and you lose all sensation. Then, everything goes dark. You see nothing, you hear nothing, you feel nothing.

Dr. ████████ : But you came back.

SCP-4233: Of course. And the bastard was still in the house. After I returned, I grabbed the gun from my mom's cabinet and—

Dr. ████████ : That's enough from that night. Tell me, when did it happen again?

SCP-4233: Last time it happened 4 years ago. I was buying drugs when some random guy shot me in the head. I woke up a minute later with him searching through my pockets. I grabbed a nearby rock and bashed him in the head.

Dr. ████████ : I think that's enough for today. We'll continue tomorrow.

SCP-4233: Just a warning doctor. The next one will not be pretty.
