Special Containment Procedures: SCP XXXX is to be kept at the main library of site Site-19. It is to be kept on a desk especially resigned for SCP XXXX. Staff personnel are allowed to make use of the artifact at free will during their recreational periods yet a trusted guard is too be stationed at the object during these times of staff recreation. This is so any query that has been prohibited by a member of the 05 council1 doesn't reach SCP XXXX. The guard currently stationed at the anomaly will be prescribed with a list of prohibited questions and any personnel with a query that is located on the list will be turned down with no exception unless given authority by a member of the 05 council.
In the case of a scenario where a prohibited question manages to reach SCP XXXX, the subject who questioned SCP XXXX will be immediately given class A-amnestics while the personnel who were stationed at the anomaly at the time will be immediately put down into the ranking of D-class personnel as they have shown they can not be trusted.
Description: SCP XXXX is a book 20 centimetres tall with a worn out brown cover, which at length also measures at 20 centimetres. The author of the book is unknown and the date of when the book was written or published has also not been recorded. The contents of the anomaly itself is written down in an unknown language that has never been identified in past civilizations.
The only questions SCP XXXX cant seem to be able to answer are those that question the anomalies past.

SCP XXXX itself is capable of fluent speech in any language even those still unknown to mankind. The entity has proven it-self to be omnipotent and when ever a query is suggested to SCP XXXX, the anomaly will deliver the answer in the same language the query was asked in the first place.
