Special Containment Procedures:
SCP - XXXX is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment chamber with no special properties. SCP-XXXX should be fed twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Only authorized personnel that have been authorized by Dr. Reach are allowed in SCP-XXXX's chamber. All conversations with SCP-XXXX are to be had under the impression it is a prisoner. If SCP-XXXX is to break out of its containment, the standard prison procedure should be followed and civil law enforcement should be requested. If SCP-XXXX learns of its anomalous traits and there is no way simple law enforcement could handle it, deploy MTF Unit Gamma-5 Red Herring. Gamma-5 Should paralyze SCP-XXXX in any method possible and should quickly administer amnestics.
SCP-XXXX should be located on a facility not far from Site-19. This facility should have no SCP's other than SCP-XXXX and should be treated as a normal prison controlled by the SCP Foundation. All relevant personnel is required to follow standard prison procedure when in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX. D-Class are to be used to simulate a prison environment including, inmates, guards, etc. On this site, however, quantities of amnestics should be produced regularly to prevent a shortage. SCP-XXXX is to be amnesticized if considered too knowledgeable of its ability or of the foundation. At a minimum SCP-XXXX should be given Class-C amnestics bi-weekly.
SCP - XXXX should be given a counselor that is trained and experienced in dealing with patients with severe amnesia. The counselor should be sent to SCP - XXXX's containment at 1200 hours every day. This counselor should also be provided with a history of SCP-XXXX's immediate family and other relevant information pertaining to its early development.
SCP - XXXX's original name is to be redacted in the audio logs. And the same goes for Dr. [REDACTED], whose name will not be mentioned until a thorough investigation of the Chaos Insurgency and their motives related to SCP-XXXX are found.
As a side note, all instances where data expungement is used is to remove SCP - XXXX's actual ability and nature from the document. The properties will be explained below, but this is important for context throughout the audio and history logs.
NOTE: TESTING SHOULD BE CONDUCTED ONLY WITH APPROVAL FROM MEMBERS OF THE O5 COUNCIL. IF APPROVED, ONLY SMALL DOSES OF MNESTICS ARE TO BE GIVEN. ANYTHING LARGER THAN 30MG IS CONSIDERED A CONTAINMENT BREACH. AFTER EACH TEST SCP-XXXX'S MEMORY IS TO BE WIPED.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a caucasian male of the average build being 6 ft tall and weighing 203 lbs. SCP-XXXX has no notable physical properties.
SCP-XXXX is a self-containing memetic hazard. As long as it does not know its attributes, it poses no threat. No record of its abilities is to be contained anywhere due to the security risk present. Currently, SCP-XXXX is under the belief that it is a prisoner sentenced to life in prison for first-degree murder. Only the current director of Site-19 and his research team know the nature of SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX is notably intelligent, having incredibly high perceptibility being able to both read people and has been noted to have a photographic memory. During its time as a D-Class, this was utilized strongly by Dr. Drake who helped it develop research skills and overall better habits. Senior staff at Site-19 noticed this and were preparing to give it the training required to become a junior researcher after it finished schooling at the foundation.
Brief Capture History
SCP-XXXX was originally a D-Class stationed at site-19. After exposure to an unknown substance, now labeled SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX gained "abilities. It had the perception that it was [DATA EXPUNGED], this caused it to kill nearly all personnel at site-19. It only stopped due to fatigue, making a scenario such as this incredibly undesirable. After SCP-XXXX was recovered it was given strong amnestics to forget about the existence of The Foundation. This was heavily protested by the current Site-19 director but was considered for the best due to its anomalous attribute. Multiple Groups of Interest have taken an interest in SCP-XXXX, 3 notable groups being The Chaos Insurgency, The Factory, and The Global Occult Coalition. The motives of the Chaos Insurgency related to SCP-XXXX are unknown and are still being discussed. Entities from the Factory have taken an interest in SCP-XXXX due to the nature of how it became anomalous. All attempts at replicating SCP-XXXX-1 are to be denied. The GOC has a very keen interest as they see SCP-XXXX as a normal human that can be put out with a single gunshot. The GOC is not to be allowed near SCP-XXXX's facility and the information pertaining to its whereabouts are to be undisclosed.
Interview Log #1: (PRE-INCIDENT-A)
Dr. Drake: "Do you know why your here, [REDACTED]?"
SCP - XXXX: "Actually no, who are you?"
Dr. Drake: "My name isn't important right now, I'm just here to talk to you. Does it get boring here?"
SCP - XXXX: "Are you talking about this room or this prison? Yeah sure it gets boring but you gotta love living off taxpayers money, right?"
Dr. Drake: "Remind me again, what crimes did you commit to end up here?"
SCP - XXXX: "Your gonna think this is stupid. I broke into the prison and stabbed a guy.
Dr. Drake: "Breaking into prison, really? Any reason why you did that, did this guy do something to you?"
SCP - XXXX: "Really not sure where you're going with this, but to answer your question no. I did some research and saw that this guy was on death row and his execution day was the day after I broke in. I killed him so I could get a life sentence as well, and then be living off taxpayer's money. The criminal justice system makes it so EASY to live comfortably like I still don't understand why homeless people don't just kill people."
Dr. Drake: "To answer your question, because they still have a chance in the world. You don't. That's why I'm here."
SCP - XXXX: "I don't understand what you mean."
Dr. Drake: "Well, you're sentenced to life in prison. Is that really what you want?"
SCP - XXXX: "I mean I never have to work a day in my life. It does get boring but it beats stressing out over a 9-5 job. I do wish that I could be moved to somewhere cool like area-51, I mean its not like I have anyone to tell. It'd be cool getting to see some aliens you know?"
Dr. Drake: "Oh boy do I have some news for you, walk with me."
AFTER THE INTERVIEW SCP-XXXX WAS DESIGNATED D-XXXX AND WAS ESCORTED TO SITE 19 WHERE THEY BECAME A D-CLASS WORKING UNDER DR. DRAKE
Interview Log #2: (PRE-INCIDENT-A)
NOTE: 6 MONTHS AFTER INTERVIEW LOG #1
Dr. Drake: "How have you adjusted to your life at the foundation, D-XXXX?"
SCP - XXXX: "Very interesting, much better than prison. I just don't want to be assigned to any of those, what are they, keters? Yeah, I think this place is cool, just not those guys… especially not that fucking lizard."
Dr. Drake: "Yeah well no one likes them. You've been a great help testing recently. I'm surprised by how much you know about science.
SCP - XXXX: "Back in high school I was obsessed with quantum mechanics and computer science. My favorite video games at the time revolved around those concepts, so it was easy to get attached. I graduated and went to Princeton University. My GPA was a solid 3.8 but I was so in debt I couldn't continue going there. I left and then was like, oh I could just live off of government money, and well, here I am. "
Dr. Drake: "Yeah student loans are a real pain, luckily our foundation offers some schooling options for those attempting to get a degree. Of course, you can't go back into the real world, but you could work as an assistant researcher under me."
SCP-XXXX: "Wait seriously? That'd be awesome, I could do something meaningful for once. How long will it take?"
Dr. Drake: "Well considering you almost had your bachelors in quantum mechanics, for you I'd imagine it takes only a few months if you work hard. But keep in mind you still gotta help me.
SCP-XXXX: "Could you get something to motivate me more, I'm a heavy procrastinator and I work better under stress."
Dr. Drake: "I'm not keen on enforcing punishment, but if it will motivate you to work harder than you normally would, I'll change it. You have six months to finish schooling. If you fail, have fun cleaning up 173 shit for the rest of your life."
SCP-XXXX: "You wouldn't."
Dr. Drake: "I most likely won't have to, but hey that's all up to you."
SCP-XXXX: "Motherfuc-"
Dr. Drake: "End the session."
END INTERVIEW LOG #2
Interview Log #3: (PRE INCIDENT A)
NOTE: INTERVIEW HELD BY DR. REACH AS DR. DRAKE WAS UNAVAILABLE
SCP-XXXX: "Oh, I was expecting Drake. Your Dr. Reach right?"
Dr. Reach: "Yes I am. Tell me, what have you and Dr. Drake been researching primarily?"
SCP-XXXX: "Currently we are researching how different dimensions traversed to by SCP-507 can be logged in a sense. Using the Lorentz constant and the time dilation equation, we could solve for time differentiation and spatial differentiation relative to our home dimension. Given our base universe has an inertial frame factor of 1, we would note changes in that inertial frame by monitoring a newton scale placed on SCP-507's chest. We made accurate predictions as to where SCP-507 would appear and when. After logging this we determined the frequency at which that universe operated on, allowing us to "catalog" it. We are probably going to do something related to reality benders as our next project."
Dr. Reach: "Glad to see that Dr. Drake is making good use of your knowledge. It shows as proof that you are a capable researcher. And you plan on finishing schooling here in what, 2 months?
SCP-XXXX: "Hopefully sooner, but yes that is my goal."
Dr. Reach: "At this point, you have established yourself as a researcher, you shouldn't have to worry about being a D-Class. People don't seem to realize that not all D-Class are horrible people. As long as you can pass an interview with the Site Director, you'll be golden. I do want to ask, what are your goals as a researcher?
SCP-XXXX: "I want to find a reliable way to secure reality benders. Scranton reality anchors are incredibly useful, but some reality benders have an ability that makes us appear as minor characters on a tv-show or wiki. To them, we're just a meta, something that can be changed, words on a paper. This is because multiple realities are blending at once, giving reality benders control not only over our reality but over others as well. I believe that with the resources, I could devise a solid and resourceful way of separating our reality from this… amalgamation."
Dr. Reach: "Big dreams, and honestly I hope you accomplish them. It was good talking to you. I'll see you in a few months and hopefully as a peer, [REDACTED]. This is unrelated, but why do you have such a different tone when talking to Dr. Drake? You're not scared of me are you?"
SCP-XXXX: "No I've just spent more time with him so I know what's crossing the line. With all these people I try to be respectful I don't want to risk losing any opportunity of becoming a researcher."
Dr. Reach: "At this point, as long as you don't do something absolutely bat-shit insane, your good. Senior staff has appreciated your help. Say, me you and Drake should go grab a beer after-hours at some time, what do you say?
SCP-XXXX: "I don't think my missing liver would like that."
Dr. Reach: "Your WHAT?"
SCP-XXXX: "I'm guessing Drake never told you I want to Princeton for 6 semesters. When I said I was in debt, I wasn't kidding. Selling my fuckin liver covered one semester, you know how absurd that is? Tuition there is FUCKING 50 GRAND A SEMESTER. My measly liver covered ONE SEMESTER."Dr. Reach: "You know I just realized this is all on the interview log, we should probably cut it off, I might have to expunge some this."
SCP-XXXX: "While we're on the subject of thing's being cut, did Drake tell you that I'm missing a few inches of my c-"

ADDENDUM SCP-XXXX-1, INCIDENT-A
RECORDED AUDIO LOG FROM INCIDENT-A
Dr. Drake: *Coughs* "What the hell was that for, damn. I didn't break any protocol and I didn't breach any information, he graduated and he has the knowledge to work as a researcher here. I mean, if you can become a researcher then certainly he can."
Dr. [REDACTED]: "Drake you do understand that he has committed crimes, actual crimes. Yes, we've seen twisted stuff here at the foundation, but it's all for a greater purpose. He killed a man just so he could freeload off the government for the rest of his life, and you want him as a researcher?"
Dr. Drake: "He's just like us, he just didn't have the money to go to school. If the foundation hadn't found you, I'm pretty sure you'd be in the same boat as him. He was desperate and financially broke with nowhere to go. He was struggling with thoughts of suicide but pushed on because he had a desire to live. Now, you're sending him away from where he could accomplish something meaningful?
Dr. [REDACTED]: "That's what I intend to do, after making sure he has forgotten about the foundation. He's too much of a liability to keep here. If he was able to kill a man for his selfish desires, when will he stop? Once you've killed someone, you change.Dr. Drake: "I'm sure you'd know all about that, wouldn't you. What you are doing right now is wrong, not only did you bash my head open with a gun, now your making decisions that someone with your clearance shouldn't even be able to. I outrank you, and now that I think about it, Nu-7's on-site, your ass is getting detained."
Dr. [REDACTED] Shot Dr. Drake in the chest and quickly went to the medical bay. He had the D-Class sent to the med bay to receive amnestics before sending it back to its prison of origin.
Dr. Drake was seen injecting himself with a syringe that likely contained Epinephrine. He got up and ran to his office, presumably to grab SCP-XXXX-1.

RETRIEVING BACK UP LOGS
SCP - XXXX: "Drake? What are you doing here? Why the hell are you bleeding?"
Dr. Drake: "I don't have time to explain why I'm here I just need to know if you remember the neon solution I was trying to distill."
SCP - XXXX: "Yeah, but I don't think that matters considering your dying, seriously we need to get you some help."
Dr. Drake: "I'm already gone, I just need you to know that I distilled the formula and have figured out what it does. It makes you [REDACTED]."
SCP - XXXX: "I don't see how that's relevant, you have a hole in your fucking chest. I'm going to go find a nurse you sta-"Dr. Drake: "I'm ok, I just need you to inject yourself with this syringe. Dr. [REDACTED] is going to be here any minute and I can't let him take you away. You're the only one I trusted enough to let assist in my research, your the only one that knows."
SCP - XXXX: "Please, don't do this. I'm sure there's time. Your bleeding out, Drake come on."
SCP - XXXX was injected with the syringe by Dr. Drake, who quickly collapsed.
Dr. Drake: "Remember what we talked about, [DATA EXPUNGED]."
SCP - XXXX: "What the hell does that even mean, I don't understand, why did Dr. [REDACTED] shoot you? Don't leave me, please Drake. I love you and appreciate what you've done for me but sacrificing yourself is too much, Drake stay with me please."
END AUDIO LOG INCIDENT-A
Dr. [REDACTED] arrived in the med bay with 5 Chaos Insurgency soldiers and saw that SCP - XXXX had been injected with a substance. Dr. [REDACTED] grabbed SCP - XXXX and bound it with ropes. MTF Unit Nu-7 was deployed to chase after the CI soldiers. Outside of the facility, a large number of Chaos Insurgency troops were stationed, awaiting capture of SCP - XXXX. SCP - XXXX was loaded in a CI cargo truck as soon as a firefight between Nu-7 and CI broke out. Multiple MTF vehicles were sent to pursue the CI cargo truck. SCP - XXXX had broken out of its bonds and [DATA EXPUNGED], destroying the truck and multiple nearby Nu-7 vehicles. SCP - XXXX then [DATA EXPUNGED] and destroyed the site.
After the incident, Dr. Drake's body was missing and has yet to be found by the foundation. Dr. Drake is confirmed to be dead however, eliminating the possibility of rescue. It is suspected that SCP-XXXX [DATA-EXPUNGED] to keep it hidden as it had an attachment to Dr. Drake seen clearly in the audio logs.
SCP-XXXX was given amnestics and kept in a foundation outpost while site-19 was undergoing reconstruction. The amnestics given were strong enough for it to forget all of its time at the foundation, making it think it was just a normal prisoner. The anomalous threats presented by the entity were identified after the audio logs had been retrieved. Though with much debate, it was decided that the SCP should not know the foundation. This way, it can be treated as a normal prisoner that poses little threat. If testing is to be done, mnestics should be administered to SCP-XXXX. This entity should be researched primarily by the Anti-Memetic Department. Testing, however, should only be conducted rarely as the mental effects of regularly wiping and unwinding an entity's memory could have considerable backlash as the source of its anomalous ability is still unknown.
During the reconstruction of site-19, an investigation was conducted on Dr. [REDACTED], who will stay unidentified in all logs or documents until this SCP is no longer under threat from the Chaos Insurgency. Dr. [REDACTED] was found to be a high ranking Chaos Insurgency member and initialized the attack on the foundation that caused SCP-XXXX Incident-A. Dr. [REDACTED] was a member of the Chaos Insurgency only recently and had been given a high ranking role due to his skill in multiple MTF units. During a site breach lead by the Chaos Insurgency [REDACTED] years ago, Dr. [REDACTED] provided them with the intel necessary to cause a large quantity of SCP's to be breached and which resulted in an extreme amount of casualties. Dr.[REDACTED]'s reasoning for this is unknown but it is likely due to a dispute between him and Dr. Drake who is now deceased.
Immediately after site-19 was reconstructed, a new site director was appointed, being Dr. Reach who had a history with Dr. Drake and was recommended by multiple senior staff members. This is relevant as Dr. Reach had studied with Dr. Drake and had an idea as to what SCP-XXXX-1 was. Currently, Dr. Reach is directly overseeing the research of SCP-XXXX.
Interview Log #3: (POST-INCIDENT-A)
Dr. Reach: "You killed a high ranking staff member to escape with a low ranking researcher, your reasoning makes no sense. At the time, there was no way you could have known that he had anomalous traits. Why did you kidnap him?"
Dr. [REDACTED]: "You act as if we are in a normal world. There are anomalies we haven't even discovered and your questioning how I knew what SCP-XXXX was? The Chaos Insurgency has resources and allies this foundation could only dream of having."
Dr. Reach: "The nature of his abilities have not been found, we only know that he changed after being injected with whatever was in that syringe, which thanks to you was utterly decimated. Considering you do know what he is then why did you let it destroy your soldiers? You took no plans to prepare which allowed for him to destroy all your troops."Dr. [REDACTED]: "Oh? Were giving IT a gender? It's rather contradictory considering IT's an item. And my morals are not of your concern, they were prepared to die, and so was I. The ends justify the means."
Dr. Reach: "Whatever you tried to accomplish ultimately failed. We're on to you, and we know you want him. You're not gonna get him, ever. I managed to lose two close friends in one day because of some selfish prick. Your lucky I haven't bashed your head in. Goodbye, [REDACTED]."Dr. [REDACTED]: "You have him, for now. It's not like he's gonna rememb-."

Dr. [REDACTED] was executed shortly after this log. All personnel once associated with Dr. [REDACTED] are to report to their sites high command for a mandatory investigation. Evading investigation is punishable by expulsion from any task force or department.
SCP-XXXX's original name though said in the audio logs, is to be removed. This document was written, published, and authorized by Dr. Reach.
NOTE: SCP-XXXX is not to be terminated unless I approve. It can be dangerous, yes, but we don't know the specifics of its abilities or how that substance has effected [REDACTED]. He was so close to being a researcher but that piece of shit just had to come and [DATA EXPUNGED].
