Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: All the instances of SCP-XXXX must be contained in a room made out of organic materials like wood. A large pound of water prelevated from the discovering site of SCP-XXXX must be always full and at the center of the room. The outside of the room must be made of insonorizing foam. The room must have a one-way glass as roof.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the collective name of 24 instances of SCP-XXXX. Every entity is similar to a young girl, 1.20 meters high and slim. All the instances wear a blue fluent dress, and a silver necklace. All the instances also have navy blue hair and full blue eyes.
SCP-XXXX-1 is slightly different.
She wears a longer dress and has a golden necklace. The other entities refer to her as their queen.
During the day, all the instances of SCP-XXXX are transformed into swans with a necklace that matches the one the instance had when she was human-like.
During the night, all the instances transform back to their human-like form. During this time, if any of the instance makes visual contact with a human, it will scream and instantly transform into stone. This process is irreversible. When the other instances hear the scream, they will transform back into swans and try to flee.
If they are attacked phisically, the attacker will be transformed into a swan. The way this happens is currently under studies. After a month, the person who was transformed by SCP-XXXX will return to its human form. From that point, the subject will become hydrophobic and paranoic, seeing “fish-like people” everywhere there's water. This illusion becomes so real to the subject that it will start to try to kill the entities. After a period of time, the person will accuse difficulty to breath and will often cough. Exactly 1 year after the transformation, it will [REDACTED]. The autopsies have shown that the water found in the lungs after the death is chimically identical to the discovering site of SCP-XXXX.
Every four months all the instances of SCP-XXXX will sing a song. During this song, all the vegetal life in the containing room will start spreading and growing, and all the humans who hear it will try to break into the containment room.

Professor Ace: Someone please call an interpreter!
SCP-XXXX-1: Oh, mi perdoni, parla inglese per caso? Rimediamo subito.
Goodmorning, human.
Professor Ace: Do you understand me?
SCP-XXXX-1: Of course. I was speaking Italian because the humans that we were used to see speaked that language. We know every language.
Professor Ace: Why if someone hurts you, he become a swan and dies?

Professor Ace: Do you mean the spring where were you living? We took you because that area is inhabited by lots of humans, and you could be all killed. Oh, and we apologize for the accident, SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1:Call me Chavvi. Don't worry too much, the time will wash away the pain.
Professor Ace: What are you?
SCP-XXXX-1: We are the nymphs of the Gorgazzo, the Ondine. We hid in the depth of the spring for thousands of years. We helped the peaceful population who lives there.
Professor Ace: Why does your singing attract the humans, Chavvi?
SCP-XXXX-1: We have no idea. When we were free, that song was for make the plants grow faster and to heal our wounds.
Professor Ace: Thanks SCP-XXXX-1, that's all.
