Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is currently allowed free roam of Foundation sites with the exception that he is accompanied by five (5) armed security personnel. Contact with other SCPs is to be closely monitored, especially with other reality benders or chrono manipulators. These tests must be approved by one (1) Level 5 member. In the case of a psychotic break, SCP-XXXX is to be put in a modified straight jacket. The straight jacket is to have pure silver clasps and multiple religious/mythical symbols of stability. Do not use Scranton reality anchors to contain SCP-XXXX. Reality Anchors have no effect on the anomaly, instead seeming to amuse it.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a male of Southern European descent with black hair and hazel eyes. The anomaly came to the institute searching for another SCP that has not been discovered yet. It is unknown what the subject intends for the mystery SCP, though many seem to infer hostile intentions from the body language of the anomaly. Attempts to discover more about its personal life or its connection with the undiscovered SCP have been unsuccessful. Before the anomaly turned itself in, the Foundation held no knowledge of its existence or activities, likely due to the anomalies powers over reality.
SCP-XXXX is a powerful reality bender and holds minor chrono manipulation as well. These powers have been shown to drain the sanity of SCP-XXXX, causing the anomaly to become delirious and reckless. The anomaly reportedly has trained its mind in order to use its powers without instantly losing sanity. If SCP-XXXX overuses its powers, it will suffer a psychotic break in which the procedures above must be followed.
Using chrono manipulation, SCP-XXXX is able to send itself back 5-60 seconds. This ability appears to follow non-linear time but it is unknown the full extent of this power. The anomaly will commonly use this power to spar with past instances of itself. SCP-XXXX is also able to change the flow of time relative to him.

Dr. Shepherd: You have agreed to describe your abilities, is that correct?
SCP-XXXX: That is correct.
Dr. Shepherd: Very well. Do you know the origin of your powers?
SCP-XXXX: As I’m sure you know there are multiple layers of realities, multiple dimensions of perception, and multiple alternate realities. I simply channel from outside those confinements.
Dr. Shepherd: How were you able to obtain these powers?
SCP-XXXX: I was chosen.
Dr. Shepherd: By who?
SCP-XXXX: Nothing.
Dr. Shepherd: Nothing?
SCP-XXXX: By the Nothing, the Void.
Dr. Shepherd: What is this Nothing?
SCP-XXXX: Everything outside of time and space. A place lacking definition and confinement.
Dr. Shepherd: Why were you chosen? How does that lead to you helping us?
SCP-XXXX: The Nothing gave me these powers to promote change, to make sure the world does not become corrupt due to the status quo. Your Foundation helps with that, to a lesser degree. Your containment of these anomalies helps make my job easier.
Dr. Shepherd: One last question, why does silver work to limit your powers?
SCP-XXXX: It helps to bring stability to my person.
