<Begin-Log>
[Doctor Jackens enters SCP-XXXX's cell.]
Doctor-Jackens: "Hello there."
SCP-XXXX: "Good mornin'."
Doctor-Jackens: "How are you enjoying your new cell?"
SCP-XXXX: "I'm likin' it so far. Much bigger than my old one."
Doctor-Jackens: "Good to hear."
Doctor-Jackens: "Alright now onto the interview."
SCP-XXXX: "Okay, hit me with a question."
Doctor-Jackens: "What transpired between you and the Serpents-Hand agent during the security breach?"
SCP-XXXX: "Oh nothin' much, he just asked me if I wanted out and I simply said no."
Doctor-Jackens: "Why didn't you accept his offer?"
SCP-XXXX: "You Foundation folk aren't so bad and I didn't want to be on the run again."
Doctor-Jackens: "On the run from who exactly?"
SCP-XXXX: "You guys and some other people."
Doctor-Jackens: "Who are these 'other people'?"
SCP-XXXX: "Wait, before I answer that can you tell me what happened to my watch? I hope it's alright."
Doctor-Jackens: "Your pocket watch is currently in possession of the Serpents-Hand. We are currently trying to find the location they took it to and get it back into foundation containment."
SCP-XXXX: "I knew I couldn't trust those snakes. They stole my damn watch!" [SCP-XXXX slams its fist onto the table.]
Doctor-Jackens: "Please calm down so we may continue the interview."
SCP-XXXX: "Fine."
Doctor-Jackens: "Okay, back on topic."
Doctor-Jackens: "What people or groups wanted your watch?"
SCP-XXXX: "There was this person, his name was, I think, dado. dado wasn't a regular ol' man, no no, he was a smart, but crazy, fella. I met him in around about 2013, so pretty recently. The reason I found dado was because I was searchin' for something or someone to help repair my watch since it got broken, can't remember how. Anyway, I met dado, and he said he could fix my watch for some cash. I took him up on the offer. He got to work and I was in contact with him for around a couple of weeks while he was repairing my watch. He was always ramblin' on about how he was a 'fine capitalist' and that he wanted to be like Jeff Bezos. He even asked if I wanted to, 'see fine dado cat log', which I politely denied since who knows what kinda stuff he's sellin'. So after some weeks of dado's ramblin', he gave me my watch back. And to my surprise, it was in perfect condition. I thanked him and went for the exit to his warehouse, but then he stopped me from leaving. He asked if he could buy my watch. I told him, no, but he persisted. He said he would, 'give 15% off all dado product and give 18 dado bucks'. I denied him and exited the building. Never saw or talked to the man again."
Doctor-Jackens: "I see… were there any other people who had an interest in your watch?"
SCP-XXXX: "There was this group of people who wanted it… can't remember what their names were."
Doctor-Jackens: "Okay then, next question. You mentioned before that your brother's life was cut short, do you know how this happened?"
SCP-XXXX: "Oh, I try not to think about that night…"
Doctor-Jackens: "If you could please describe to me what occurred."
SCP-XXXX: "Alright then… [SCP-XXXX sniffles.] here goes nothin'. It all happened the night after new years. I was, I think, in my early 20s at the time, and my little brother was about 7 years old. I was staying at my parent's house for the holidays, I planned to leave the next day and head back home. Several days before that, my little brother said he saw, what he described it as, 'a creepy skinny man lookin at me'. My parents and I didn't think much of it. That night my Papa heard rumblin' downstairs, so he grabbed his shotgun and went down. He saw it, the 'creepy skinny old man' that my brother mentioned. He shot it, everyone in the house heard it, the sound woke us all up. Barely did anythin'. I guess the thing was mad that it couldn't accomplish its mission silently, so it killed Papa, I don't know how it killed him but it just did. Mama and I came downstairs, the thing shoved her aside. It was after my little ol' brother. The thing crammed him into its bag. Then it came downstairs to deal with Mama and me. It began by tying up Mama to a chair and went to grab some knives from the kitchen. Then it made me… it made me watch. Watch Mama get tortured. [SCP-XXXX begins to tear up.]"
Doctor-Jackens: "Are you alright?"
SCP-XXXX: "I'm fine… I've had these thoughts in my head for a while so I'm used to em' now."
SCP-XXXX: "Okay, lets continue on. I won't go over the specifics of how Mama got tortured, but let me tell ya it was real bad. I assumed after it finished her off, I would be next. Fortunately, I had my watch. I quickly turned the dial on the watch and pressed the button. Then, I went 2 and a half days forward in time. I guessed the thing didn't want to wait 2 days for one person, so when I came back into reality, it wasn't there. After I examined the bloody mess that was in the house, I just ran home. I was miserable for months afterward. I learned to deal with the thoughts in my head and went on with life. I eventually discovered that I could live forever, so I tried to slow down in life. But there was always somethin' that couldn't just let me settle down. I was always on the run from something. Whether it was you guys or someone else, I just couldn't be to myself."
Doctor-Jackens: "That was quite an interesting story. Hopefully, I got enough for my supervisors. Well, that concludes the interview, goodbye now."
SCP-XXXX: "Have a good day sir."
<End-Log>
