Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be an ordinary rectangle mirror with a wooden frame.

In order for SCP-XXXX effects to take place, the subject must dim the lights down, then the subject must stand approximately 3 ft in front of the mirror staring at it. If at any time, the subject breaks contact with the mirror, any visual or auditory anomalies will disappear. Once a few minutes have gone by, reports by surviving subjects have testified that the first effects show their reflection twitching, along with what appears to be a running generator sound. Further reports suggest that the auditory anomalies appear to be in some sort of factory. Once the first phase is passed, the door within the CZ opens. At this point, camera footage shows a heavy progression of stress and anxiety within the subject, and the subject begins to question who they viewing in the mirror.

As time progresses, testimonies have said that the whole room begins to shake, like an earthquake was occurring. Afterward, the subject will call their reflection a monster. Video footage only shows the reflection of the subject only. Further reports state that a black shadowy figure appears, teleporting around the room, at lighting speeds. Further reports state that the walls will then begin to bleed blood, with the final phase being another shadowy figure appearing, except this shadowy figure appears to have a similar resemblance to the subject staring at the mirror. At this point, camera footage shows the subjects will spontaneously collapse after freezing in place. Medical professionals determine the cause of death to be a heart attack
